Great, I am here to stay. The serive is good, the interface works well and the price is very competitive

Pros

Once I got through the learning curve, it all made allot of sense. I like how the dashboard gives me everything I need immediately, it updates in seconds. I also like the level of detail that is available. I am an analyst and its clear that I can go down to the individual data level.

Cons

I am not sure why some emails are not being sent. I imagine that there are issues with the email structure, but if they are not bounces then I cannot figure out why If i send 100 emails only 80 will be sent.

I mostly use Elastic Email for transactional emails in all my applications, such as sending welcome messages, reminders, warnings, automated invoices, and announcements. What I like most is its reliability and high deliverability rate, ensuring that important emails always reach users on time. Cons

One of the downsides is the lack of more in-depth dashboards and analytics for transactional email monitoring. ### "Elastic Email isn't What they Pretend to be"

My overall experience with Elasti Email was unpleasant. I felt they were a dishonest company that lies about its emailing stats. They have incompetent and barely trinaed tech support, and dealing with the Sales manager is like talking to a brick wall of dishonesty

Pros

At first, I liked the ability to cold email. But then, it stopped working.

Cons

Elastic Email has some of the worst trained tech support agents I've ever worked with. People who can't read or process questions. Sometimes you submit a ticket and you get a response that is not remotely related to the issue.

Reason for choosing Elastic Email

We didn't we started using MailJet and Maailerlite and we cancelled all subscriptions to Elastic Email after a data breach that cost us $2500, and they assumed no responsibility. This company is bad, don't use them.

As for cold mailing, our terms and conditions prohibit sending such emails, and every user has to agree with it before using our services. Recently, we have been taking several measures to not only improve the quality of email delivery but also to limit prohibited content on our platform. ### "Great starting choice if utilizing RSS feed option"

Easy to use and fairly priced. Glad I found Elastic Email for our startup business needs. Definitely worth considering.

Pros

The price compared to how many emails I can send to my audience! Super important since we send out a daily newsletter. I also appreciate that with our RSS feed the whole thing is displayed when the email is opened - no need to "open in browser to see all".

Cons

I wish there were more customization options for the RSS feed display. Also, wish each email sent using the schedule campaign with "send every x" option showed in reports as separate emails rather than cumulative opens/clicks.

We’ve been testing Elastic Mail for our operations, sending over 50 emails so far, and everything seems to be going really well. Compared to other platforms we’ve tried before, like Brevo and SendBridge, Elastic Mail has proven to be both more affordable and more efficient in terms of performance. So far, the deliverability and overall stability have exceeded our expectations. It’s definitely the best balance between cost and results that we’ve found up to this point.

Pros

The platform is very cost-effective compared to competitors, with excellent deliverability and stable performance. It’s simple to set up and works reliably for our campaigns, making it easy to scale while keeping costs low.

Cons

At this stage, we haven’t found major downsides. The platform is straightforward and affordable, but the interface could be a bit more modern and intuitive. Also, more detailed analytics and reporting features would be a great improvement for teams that manage larger volumes.

It's been quite good, overall. Since we use it more for transactional emails, though, the tools are more difficult to use. They're much more focused on those using the service for campaigns and newsletters.

Pros

The cost to performance ratio is great! It's been difficult to find another email provider at this price.

Cons

The discovery of why an email failed can be a bit difficult, and when people accidentally unsubscribe, it's very difficult to re-add them to the list for transactional emails.

Overall I can't imagine my business without this service. Emails are no longer pain to setup and I can be sure that my system emails are delivered.

Pros

It helped me to solve deliverability of emails for my clients. Pricing is good and limits are set pretty high.

Cons

Sometimes settings is pretty confusing and initial first time setup took longer than I expected. Otherwise there not much to not like.

Nous avons utilisé ElasticEmail pendant plusieurs mois pour l'envoi d'emails marketing et transactionnel. L'outil est facile à prendre en main pour les configurations basiques (DNS, templates d'emails). L'intégration à notre plateforme s'est faite grâce à l'API REST également simple et bien documentée. Le prix de la solution pro est également très raisonnable par rapport aux autres acteurs du marché.

Cons

Deux bémols aux avantages cités précédemment et qui nous ont fait adopté une autre solution : beaucoup d'emails en spam malgré une configuration (SPF, DMARC, DKIM, custom domain) faite dans les règles de l'art. Sans adresse IP dédiée, de gros doutes sur l'impact de l'outil sur la réputation de notre nom de domaine. ### "Great emailing service at a very affordable price! "

My experience with these guys was great! They were the first emailing service I chose long term after a lot of research -and at price point of $10/month for unlimited emails, it was exactly what my biz needed at that point, and what the doctor ordered. Emails are delivered reliably and the service itself is easy to set up and use. The only minor issues I sometimes had with their product was that advance payment wasn't possible - however, I'm sure they're working on a way to get that in there as well! Their customer service is excellent, and the product overall is value for mony and easy to set up and use. Couldn't have asked for more from Elastic Email - I no longer use their service (for now) - but might well return at somepoint in the future!

Pros

Ease of sending emails, setting up campaigns (both one time and recurring) - easy to add contacts, and integrate the web form into websites as well.

Cons

The template maker could use some improvement, a bit slow at times plus perhaps not the most ideal in terms of how it's set up - but given all the pros Elastic Email has otherwise, I'm loathe to call it a "con". Its just constructive criticism from my end in terms of how an already excellent product could be further improved.

Reason for choosing Elastic Email

Cost, ease of use, most of all, their "all in one" packages which are easy to understand as opposed to what a some of the other companies offer (or a lot). Ease of sign up (and approval) as well.

### "Unified way to send bulk emails at once"

Pros

One of the best way to send bulk email with elastic, it is very easy to create html under elastic mode and send email, they can send thousands of emails and the software doesn't even hang. The customer service is amazing, they respond within minutes even after the jet, all the executives are helpful and they make sure your issue is resolved quickly. You can add all the thousands of contact information there. It also helps to track every email if received, unreceived, spam number and many more.

Cons

In rare cases, the view of a bulletin on a mobile device does not match the actual look of the bulletin after it has been sent.

### "Great platform for sending transactional emails"

I can recommended ElasticEmail wholeheartedly if you’re looking for a solution to increase deliverability and spam rating of your transactional emails.

Pros

ElasticEmail was the first platform we used for sending our transactional emails for a custom application we developed. What we found is that the deliverability increased dramatically compared to a free Gmail account and the spam score jumped to a 9.5/10.

Cons

There is not much to dislike about ElasticEmail. It’s unfortunate there is no free quota anymore. Back in the days you got 10,000 emails a month for free. Now this option is gone, but understandably so.

You can start your emailing to your costumers very fast and easy, you can use his website or your own tools, like cms or ecommerce. Your configuration on dns is easy to do and secure ! Your email have more oportunities to arrive to your costumers.

### "They will delete you and keep your money"

Pros

Easy to use and easy to set up.

Cons

You pay them (albeit a low fee) and if they don't feel you are getting good open rates or data, which is fine on other ESP's such as Mailchimp has high bounce rates they will delete your account BUT keep your money. They don't even offer any advice. Worst ESP I have used and warn you to stay away. All emails I tested went to spam and emails won't deliver to Gmail.

Nothing at all was beneficial. Company was ridiculous to deal with and email support only with people who dont comprehend what they are doing

Pros

Absolutely nothing is positive about the usability of the software or the service. Clunky, slow to respond and restrictive.

Cons

The service is appalling. They sent me information that was from a completely different account to my email address asking about it. These were 2 completely separate companies with no link. When i wrote back to them, their response was "First of all there's no need to shout. Cool down" that was over an email from someone called Manuel. Absolutely disgusting company!

I have three days using the service. i have a queue of email that are not been sent for hours every day. They degrade my service everytime thst they have the chance and I have too contact support to clean the queue and they are so slow to response

Overall very poor.Did not use the service very much as the emails were mostly going to spam.Only used to send some marketing emails.Account closed, accused of sending phishing emails,which was untrue.On asking to send copy or details of offending emails sent, none given.Support said Account is closed and will not be reopened and do not reregister for a new account.Really bad customer support.

Pros

cheap.It's true you get what you paid for!!! cheap service,cheap support

Cons

No real support. Can close your account for any reason they like without giving proof of violations. No refunds on unused credits.
