There's little else to really say about it. The data goes where it needs to go, eventually. Cons When there are issues with the software, it is almost impossible to get hold of the vendor. It often takes a month of emails to get somebody to respond. Spending thousands of dollars on a utility only to spend almost a year trying to get it installed due entirely to the lack of responsiveness from a vendor is unacceptable.
