Being able to send these to emails and sms is also really helpful. It allows me to create quotes for jobs while I'm on the go and work on multiple projects at once, all in one place. Its multi-platform usability is great as I have both Mac OS and an Android device, so whether I'm at home or out and about, I can reply to my customers quickly and efficiently. I once wrote out an invoice while on a ferry between jobs. The schedule facility has made it so much easier to organise my diary and look up the quotes and invoices that have been sent out, without having to trawl through emails or a paper-calendar. I often get comments from customers about how professional my quotes and invoices look in comparison to other traders they've used, which helps me improve my brand and reputation. After all the sales pitch I explain I’m not computer savvy and told not a problem we can guide you and do a tutorial. Booked the time and day. Nothing Spoke to them a couple of weeks latter as was Christmas guy was very apologetic re booked. Once again nothing. For a small business to book of an afternoon las work to stay in the office for no one to call is really not good so will be cancelling powered now and telling friends not to bother seems only want you to subscribe. Either of us can pick it up, find out what estimate a customer has been given, email off an invoice or schedule in appointments...or simply know what job the other one is on. We've even recently teamed this up with a Paypal chip & pin device so we can take card payments there and then as often our customers don't have cash around and we used to have to make additional visits to collect money...or wait 2 weeks until we were next due back at the property.
