I've been working with intrexx for a long time and have already implemented many projects. Intrexx has continued to develop positively over the years. I can only recommend Intrexx.

Pros

\- Its easy to use - Installation is fast and uncomplicated - The support ist competent - external ressources (JavaSkript, Groovy etc...) are easy to embed - Dataimports are very easy to create - The portalmanager is clear and structured

Cons

\- The documentation could sometimes be a bit more detailed.

\- Die flache Lernkurve: Man kann in kurzer Zeit Lösungen für "echte" Anwendungsfälle entwickeln - Einbindung von Groovy und Velocity: Falls die "Low Code"-Features nicht ausreichen, kann auf den vollen Funktionsumfang der Programmiersprachen Groovy und Velocity zurückgegriffen werden - Automatisierung: Hintergrund-Tasks und Ereignisbehandlung über die integrierte Prozess-Engine - Integration: Intrexx bietet von Haus aus zahlreiche Schnittstellen für die Anbindung von Drittsystemen - Kompetenter Support mit kurzer Reaktionszeit

\- Debugging und Testen einer Applikation sind verbesserungswürdig. Im Prinzip testet man seine Applikation im Browser, prüft die Log-Dateien auf Fehler, korrigiert ggf. einene Fehler, testet wieder im Browser, usw. - Die Möglichkeiten zur Wiederverwendung von Teilen einer Applikation in einer neuen Applikation sind begrenzt.

Pros

Wir benutzen Intrexx als zentrale Informationsplattform in unserem Unternehmen. Egal ob Dokumentenmanagement, Terminvereinbarungen, Telefonbuch, Teilnehmerlisten für Events, alles konnte über Intrexx digitalisiert werden, sogar unser Bundesligatippspiel. Die Möglichkeiten die einem mit Intrexx geboten werden sind geradezu grenzenlos. Auch die Installation und Einrichtung funktioniert schnell, problemlos und intuitiv - genau wie das Erstellen von eigenen Applikationen.

Cons

Ab einer bestimmten Menge von Applikationen im Portal, kann das Portal leider etwas langsamer werden.

Innerhalb unseres Unternehmens ist das Intranet mit diversen Features über Intrexx realisiert. Kommunikation in themenbezogenen Gruppen, Informationsmanagement über den Share oder das Planen von Events ist nur ein Teil der Funktionen, die von uns genutzt werden.

Pros

Die Einfachheit mittels vorgefertigter Tools eine Portal zu erstellen, mit dem viele verschiedene Services offeriert werden können, ist das Hauptmerkmal für den Einsatz von Intrexx. Ohne Kenntnisse der Programmierung ist es einem Anwender problemlos möglich über den Portalmanager eine Webseite zu generieren, die z.B. für interne Zwecke genutzt wird oder als Webportal dient.

Cons

Die Codeverwaltung in Intrexx ist ausbaufähig. Eigene Komponenten zu entwickeln ist zwar möglich, aber den Code entsprechend zu verwalten ist etwas kompliziert.

I believe that the starter packages for a minimum of 25 users are quite high and a cheaper starter package license could expand the sales even further.
