Egal ob Dokumentenmanagement, Terminvereinbarungen, Telefonbuch, Teilnehmerlisten für Events, alles konnte über Intrexx digitalisiert werden, sogar unser Bundesligatippspiel. Die Möglichkeiten die einem mit Intrexx geboten werden sind geradezu grenzenlos. Auch die Installation und Einrichtung funktioniert schnell, problemlos und intuitiv - genau wie das Erstellen von eigenen Applikationen. Pros Die Einfachheit mittels vorgefertigter Tools eine Portal zu erstellen, mit dem viele verschiedene Services offeriert werden können, ist das Hauptmerkmal für den Einsatz von Intrexx. Ohne Kenntnisse der Programmierung ist es einem Anwender problemlos möglich über den Portalmanager eine Webseite zu generieren, die z.B. für interne Zwecke genutzt wird oder als Webportal dient. Cons Die Codeverwaltung in Intrexx ist ausbaufähig. Eigene Komponenten zu entwickeln ist zwar möglich, aber den Code entsprechend zu verwalten ist etwas kompliziert.
