Touchplan has always been quick to respond to any questions that have arisen from using the software. Cons The reports that touchplan generates. The colors of the cards make it easy to know who has promised what with out asking who it is. The fact you can see other subs (6) week look ahead is very helpful. I like how visual the plan is once the plan is developed in the software and it is very easy to use. Cons Duration of the tickets can't be adjusted to different time codes. " December 11, 2017 4.0 Pros \- Interactive - subcontractors find it easy to use/create tickets. - Accountability is monitored daily by the field staff. - Easy to generate reports for digital/print distribution to internal and external project teams. Cons Only main complaint is viewability of the project schedule overall. It can be difficult to reference activities in a different phase or swim lane and results in a lot of scrolling up/down and left/right. When looking at the schedule as a group, this can be confusing. Pros It is very user friendly. The construction industry is filled with all types of users with all types of capabilities when it comes to technology. Cons The programs needs a better visual identity. The colors schemes get unwieldy when the workflow gets elaborate, so its ugly and hard to follow. I think the platform could benefit from a revamp based on Adobe Color CC palettes or A Dictionary of Color Combinations. Touchplan breaks down the scheduling process so your average user will be able to create and share a preliminary schedule very quickly.
