I have been using Recognize for a few years now and find it a really easy to use product. Monthly I am recognizing teammates on their efforts and work contributions. It really creates a positive work environment and a great way to showcase what everyone has been working on in the company. The rewards associated with the recognitions are great too.

Pros

Recognize is an easy to use platform and promotes recognition of employees and their efforts in the workplace.

Cons

The mobile app isn't as easy to use as the website. Website is definitely a lot easier to use.

The ease of recognizing someone! And seeing all the recognition's I have received is super easy to access as well.

Cons

The rewards section is a little limited, we dont have many of the stores up here and i dont like shopping online.
