I liked how organized the category was for choosing reward prizes and how the app stayed updated and would let users know if a review was not available. I really liked how it states the time of day when you got recognized as this really helps with documentation purposes. **Cons:** What I liked least about recognize would be that you can’t react to persons post like how one can react on other social medial for example using an emoji as a reaction button. I also did not like how we can’t add files of award certificates to our phone if using safari (Iphone).
