But there’s nothing more meaningful than a thank you; an appreciation, or shout to someone directly face to face. Cons The only con from my perspective is the point structure... I believe it could be a higher valued "points" structure so that agents could see more results in a timely manner. Its also rewarding to see the different animations of badges associated with the rewards. Very cute, Very demure, Very Mindful. Pros I like the fact that we can use emojis and GIFs to interact with our rewards/Peers. It's very lovely and lively. Cons I can't see how many points i get per reward when i go check it. I'd have to go to the separate reward list page to try and see how many points the reward i got was valued for. It would be nice to see how many points i got attached to the reward name. Pros What I liked most about recognize was that it allowed multiple opportunities each month to review or give out shout outs to our coworkers. I liked how organized the category was for choosing reward prizes and how the app stayed updated and would let users know if a review was not available. I really liked how it states the time of day when you got recognized as this really helps with documentation purposes. Cons What I liked least about recognize would be that you can’t react to persons post like how one can react on other social medial for example using an emoji as a reaction button.
