Great way to recognize other's for their hard work and achievements.

Cons

The delay in which can take for the comments to be approved and made visible to others.

Overall, Recognize has been extremely reinforcing and has brought a very positive outcomes to the company! I love being able to send others something that reminds them they are appreciated.

Pros

I love having the opportunity to send a special, personalized appreciation to those that stand out and/or go above and beyond. It encourages others, no matter how big or small the action was.

Cons

The time it takes for Recognize points to be approved and sent to the other party

Pros

It is very simple to use as a tool to acknowledge co-workers-teammates for encouragement and excellent work.

Cons

Would love to give out more than 20 per month. Food redemption start at $50 instead of $10 IE: Dunkin-Starbucks; BK

I have a good experience, I use the tool monthly to recognize work colleagues and I don't see any difficulties in using the tool.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use the tool. It's didactic and doesn't require training to use the recognition features.

Cons

There's nothing I don't like. The tool is easy to use and I haven't had any problems.

To be honest the user interface took a little while to get used to and navigate through. However it not so bad when you’re used to it.

Overall, I've had a great experience with Recognize. My staff members really love getting an email saying they've been recognized, and it just really boosts the overall morale of the department!

Pros

I love that it's a quick and easy way to let your coworkers know you're thinking about them and/or appreciate them. It's a small gesture that makes a huge impact and can really brighten someone's day!

Cons

I don't have any cons about Recognize at the moment. I really love it!

Pros

I like how interactive it is and the ability to add comments. I also like the rewards.

Most of the rewards are difficult to get because people rarely get recognized.

Until now, Recognize is such a great platform to 'recognize' how your colleague impacts your daily work. This will help me appreciate the helps I received from someone who don't hesitate to lend a hand. Also, I love how Recognize allow us to have points in order to share in the foundation that Travelport supports.

Pros

Recognize helps employees and colleagues maintain positive working environment and keeps them motivated by knowing how they impact each other positively.

Cons

So far, I don't find anything I least like about using Recognize.

The overall experience has made it much easier to recognize people in an open forum to let all know they are doing great things.

Pros

It provides a platform to openly recognize people. This enables a sense of accomplishment/pride for the person being recognized.

Cons

Nothing at this point. I think people need to ensure they are equally recognizing others to prevent a sense of favoritism even though that is not the intention.
