The opportunity to know the positive things that others seems on us. The ability to share our opinions with creativity; And gave the opportunity to earn gift cards.

Cons

Overall its really good. It takes a while to earn points for a gift card.

Pros

Recognize is a wonderful and positive way of encouraging coworkers and appreciating all that they do. And the points system makes one want to do better and get those gift cards :D

It has been amazing. I highly recommend using Recognize.

Pros

It is a very simple way to send a recognition to other staff. I do really like that this application send notifications to email as well. My email is frequently used and this is where I notice notifications more. Really nice Program.

Cons

I cant say anything is a problem with the application. It is amazing.

all good thus far! I checked in with the person I first gave an award for, they received an email of the recognition! so was instant. title was 'Randy Recognized you' \[sensitive content hidden\] is trying to view his profile to see if the recognition went there. has not found it yet....but we are just in the learning stages! thanks

Pros

Every time I recognize someone, I always get the same response. Thank you, and it feels good that you took the time to write this. Every time, the employee is so grateful. It goes a long way.

It is not too friendly and easy and it is hard to find the peers sometimes.

Pros

It is nice to read nice comments of our peers.

Cons

It is not easy to access and to reply. If I receive a recognition notification through my email, it is hard just to reply without logging in and proof identity.
