THE MONETARY REWARDS WE RECEIVE FOR BEING A GOOD STEWARD--SKULLY!!!!

IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE REWARDING TO EMPLOYEES WHEN A PATIENT OR ANOTHER ASSOCIATE RECOGNIZES SOMEONE FOR THEIR DEVOTION TO OTHERS, AND OR ASSISTANCE TO PATIENTS, THEN WE RECEIVE POINTS AND OR IN RETURN WE RECEIVE MONETARILY.

I did struggle in the beginning to navigate between the options of the program as the steps are not necessarily laid out in an intuitive manner. After a few times, we all got the hang of it!

Pros

It is a fabulous idea to enable coworkers and managers to acknowledge positive work contributions.

Cons

It is not the easiest program to navigate.

Pros

This has a very intuitive interface, and it is easy to make reviews personal and fun!

Cons

So far I haven't experienced any cons, but I have not used the program for very long.

Lo mas que me gusta es tener la oportunidad de poder agradecerle a mis compañeros por siempre dar la milla extra. Y las recompensas que nos da Recognize son de gran ayuda.

Cons

El que no den algunos recognize no le den puntos a mis compañeros, deberia por lo menos a esos drales pocos puntos.

It’s been dope! I only learned about it today and I’m already understanding the appeal.

Pros

Easily being able to recognize my coworkers for everything they do well. Also, I think more workplaces need a simple way to remember if they’ve been giving kudos to their employees.

Cons

Honestly, I was a little scared that it was a phishing attack when I first clicked the email. However, I think this was because I had never heard of the recognize brand before today.

The different options for how to recognize someone, the option for it to be public or private, the ease of redeeming, especially with amazon.

Sometimes not intuitive for searching and locating - perhaps an easy dashboard upon logging in...

An enjoyable way to recognize coworkers. It's not to see so many people utilizing it. Ours goes by points and the same people seem to always be on top. Point system should also be different for the ones that give out the praises (higher)

Pros

It's easy to praise a coworker on a job well done. I enjoy being able to recognize more than one person for the same project as one big praise.

Cons

Our system doesn't give many options on what we can choose as the "praise" category. It would be nice to praise on a category that might not be a core value or maybe just a generic compliment.
