To be honest I get so wrapped up in my day to day that I forget to "recognize". I'm speaking for myself when I say out of sight out of mind. I wish there was an email or text that reminded me to recognize my co-workers. Other than that, I have had a great experience with Recognize. I look forward to being recognized almost as much as I love recognizing.

Pros

I like being able to show my appreciation through incentive. It's always a great feeling to let someone know they are making a difference; especially when it's been "one of those days".

Cons

The navigation is a little tricky depending on how I access the recognize portal (recognize app, teams, paylocity), but once I'm in and browse through the platform its smooth sailing from there.

Overall, I enjoy recognize because there's so many events that are raffled out for employees to have the opportunity to experience shows that could have possibly been out of reach for some. I feel this program is in a sense used to give back to employees for their hard-work and recognition.

Pros

The ability to recognize my colleagues so they feel seen, the ability to earn points through recognitions, and the ability to use your points to enter raffles.

Cons

If one wants to enter 20 points into a raffle you have to enter each submission one by one.
