Overall, this is a wonderful place to make your fellows peers feel seen and show appreciation for all that everyone does to make the team flow smoother.

Pros

I love the whole concept. Just a safe place to show appreciation and recognize others for the great things they do to help out. I also love the kinds of recognitions you can send. All different types of them !!!

Cons

There isn't much i DONT like. The only thing is that when i am searching for a name to recognize it takes a long time to load and find the person.

So often you only hear feedback when something was done wrong. Recognize is a great way to bring back the positive energy to any working team. It has even helped a few coworkers get to know one another and improved interdepartmental relations as well.

Pros

It's so easy to go into and let people/managers know when someone has done something great or hit a milestone. Love the ability to add GiFs.

Cons

I have no complaints. Sometimes the multiple emails when people comment can add up, but that is part of of the process.

I really love it. I wish I could give recognize badges worth points to my peers.

Pros

I love that I can accumulate points and redeem rewards. Getting lots of recognize badges makes me feel good and I love I get a gift for it too. Its kinda like putting money where your mouth is and genuinely rewarding people for a job well done.

Cons

At my company, peers can not give recognizes that give recognize points which limits its power and effectiveness in my opinion
