It has always been a challenge for us, but with SKULabs, it tracks and gives us real time numbers. It is very user friendly and actually, my team has not had any issues navigating the site. Cons The software is easy to use and I like it. I haven't really had any issues with it or with syncing it up to QBO. Custom color-coded statuses and tags allow for easy search, filtering, and organization of orders. Cons The platform's workflow customization is limited, and there are integration gaps with popular POS systems such as Vend. Users mention having problems developing complex product kits across several warehouses, as well as issues with QuickBooks synchronization resulting in unnecessary inventory modifications.
