The best customer support, with a full AI Assistant and skilled tech reps. Cons It could be better on UX, to simplify the management, search and card planning. The new AI Planning feature may solve this. It's one of the more scalable software we've ever seen. Pros Kanbanize lets you effortless implement Kanban Method principles and practices to your company, gaining visibility of what is going and improving performance at all levels. It doesn't matter if it's a top-down strategy or a bottom-up initiative, Kanbanize will help you for sure. Cons Flow-based analytics are spectacular, but the built-in tool for designing reports have a lot of room for improvement. Ease to set up project workflow, make different versions. If you start uploading link or attach some files to kanban cards or add more users, satisfaction is over. Computer slow downs enormously and in 2 years nobody suceeded to solve that. We were trying to minimase amount of data, minimise active users. Standard report ar eno use at all. If you want to have dynamic report and track business leads and projects in is necessary to connect extrenal software to make normal report which are more dynamic. Integrated reports are no use. This is my opinion as CEO who was running 4 factories and wanted to control project by kanbanize. We switched to Odoo. Pros Friendly interface, easy to set up. Logic ir very simple and comfortable. We used in our sales processes and new product implementation proceses. 10-14 regular users were regulary connected. About 400-500 kanban leads. Pricing is ok. Could be free version for 3-5 users, it would help to promote software more. Cons When we connected more users and opened more leads kanban cards it started to be extremely slow. Iphone or android application interface is different and does not have the same navigation functions. Reports are not comfortable. We used external software to generate report (dynamic reports) not static print outs. I see that IT guys more focus on functionality vut forget interface and reports to track project what is exactly CEO needs. For small company to play is ok. For bigger too weak. What started as a way to track production in a fabrication shop has evolved and found a place in nearly every department within the company. Our Estimating, BIM/CADD, Purchasing, Project Install, Warehouse, and Manpower departments all use Kanbanize to track their work processes. Pros Kanbanize has given us a platform to bring our teams together. What once was accomplished through emails and phone calls, is now accomplished with the click of a button. From design to installation and everywhere in between, projects are easily tracked in an easy to use and visually appealing Kanban board. Cons It took a while for us to recognize and rollout all the features Kanbanize had to offer. On first glance the software is simple and intuitive, but there is so much power in the analytics, business rules, Google sheet imports and third party integrations. Once we realized the software’s full potential and learned how to take advantage of all it had to offer, things really took off. It basically works with to do/doing/done method, draggind the cards with all details. We can organize all ideas quickly before setting priorities. Cons Sometimes it's a little bit difficult to find an old card to review a project. As I work in an environment with more than 50 Kanbanize users, and we create separated pages by department, I sometimes waste a little time (5 to 10 minutes) to find the card. I've changed my approach in business transformations to get the clients up and on the tool as quickly as possible. The design construct of Kanbanize provides just the right amount of 'guidance' for the users, and allows me the opportunity to engage on an as required basis when clients stray away from basic kanban principles. Cons There's very little I don't like about Kanbanize. Continuing to extend the recent deployment of OKRs to allow connection between strategy and execution into the dashboard space looks to be quite exciting. Pros I like high adaptability. It makes it a bit complex to get started and finding the optimum way to structure your board(s) but in the end you can really create your own tailor made solutions. It was possible because the tool does not offer complexity when adapting itself to the organization structure. Kanbanize changed the mindset from managing \[technical\] tasks to any kind of work we do. Pros Kanbanize excels at visual management and at the capability of connecting the different levels of the organization (horizontally and vertically). Its design is also intuitive allowing users to explore new features with ease. Updates and news are communicated often as well which bring Kanbanize and its users very close with each other. Cons I have not been able to integrate Kanbanize with other tools yet, mostly because it must be done by third party tools and it implies additional costs most of the time. However, I can clearly see that built-in integrations (without third parties) are becoming more common, so this may not be an issue in the future anymore. We deal with many saas companies and Kanbanize are at the top of the field. They get how to nurture and support their users. They also roll out new functionality every month. The application just keeps getting better and better. Pros Kanbanize is a very flexible tool set that allows us to clearly map out specific workflows for our clients. Clients love it because they can see and update the status of all of their work within their specific workflow not a workflow imposed on them by a software package. We also like the flexibility of the cards made possible by custom fields, attachments, images and so on. Cons Kanbanize is very feature rich. When users initially get on the platform, they can suffer some intimidation. However, Kanbanize is so easy to use and so well thought out, it's amazing to watch people work with it for the first time. Within hours and even minutes in some cases, our clients are moving through the boards and managing their work, all while having lots of fun! Very impressive! Pros Very intuitive to use (but beware, there is much more under the hood than meets the eye at first). A powerful business tool and awesomely responsive support team. Cons As with any software, there are areas where the functionality does not meet our needs, but the benefits far outweigh the negative areas. To name two limitations that come to mind: - The automation is very powerful, but there are not too many options and one cannot really start building advanced logic. - There also is no native link to external reporting tools, but there is a work-around to export an advanced query to Excel and then use that as source. Pros Straightforward and user-friendly. The information about most of the features I need are all available online. The support responds on time and follow up with me until solution is achieved. The specialist we have in connection with is also insightful and ready to help. We get reasonable advice and commendable suggestions. The features evolve overtime and my observations are taken always into consideration. We have just renewed our subscription and I tell you, most of I need even about renewal or payment is available online.
