The ability to micromanage what appears on each display is very convenient. Cons Doesn't play well with others. Tends to encounter problems when paired with other software, such as scrambled video. Interface is very overcomplicated. A 'simple use' dashboard or home page would improve the experience greatly. Also, mobile interface is nonexistant, which is a big downside for live events.
