Their customer service is top-notch. They worked with us on pricing negotiations, and we ended up getting far more than we bargained for at a very low total cost of ownership (TCO). Their automation and no-code platform are outstanding. Pros We love SIMBYM for its integrated platform, ease of use, and brilliant automation. SIMBYM's team delivers service at lightning speed, thanks to their no-code platform and excellent support. We initially purchased Servizo 360 and Assetrix for asset management, but soon realized the need to add Project 360. Many of our applications are now built using their no-code Vorque module. Our team and company are thrilled to have finally found a future-proof system that meets all our needs. Cons None!
