Cons This is the most annoying to use software with terms that do not make sense, especially if you're the one programming it, because once you buy it, you have to fully program it. It doesn't come with any form of templates to get you started in the right directions, it doesn't have proper tutorials, their tutorial video on YouTube have ridiculously loud nursery rhyme songs over the person talking so you can't hear what he's saying. And their customer service responds once every 3 months for tickets. I once waited 9 months for them to respond to a ticket, and guess what... That was a year and a half ago! Still didn't respond! Our company has over 10 tickets still not responded to for about 2 years. We're cutting Razor off. Pros RazorERP software application is the easiest and most intuitive of the ITAD recycling software applications that I have used. There customer support team is great and only a phone call away. They are responsive and will setup a webinar training to guide you through the process. One of the best things about razor is they are continually enhancing the product with new features. Previous applications we used never changed with the evolving markets. This product has really enhanced our ability to process equipment quickly and deliver comprehensive reporting back to our clients. Cons It would be nice if we would be able to be able to have differently priced users from the standard user pricing. We would also like to use a report builder to setup custom paperwork for clients.
