### "All-in-one marketing platform with strong features"

April 20, 2026

5.0

Overall, Marketing 360 is a solid choice for businesses looking for an all-in-one marketing solution. It works well for managing campaigns, tracking leads, and coordinating team efforts in a single system. While it may not match the depth of specialized tools, it provides convenience and efficiency for general marketing needs.

Pros

The main strength is having multiple marketing tools in one place. Social media scheduling, CRM features, and lead management are integrated, which makes it easier to track campaigns and follow up with prospects. The platform is relatively easy to use once set up, and the dashboard provides a clear overview of performance. Team collaboration is also effective, allowing multiple users to manage campaigns and leads.

Cons

The cost can be a barrier, especially for small businesses or individuals. Some features feel less advanced compared to dedicated tools in each category (e.g., standalone social media platforms). There can also be a learning curve during initial setup, and customization options may be limited in certain areas.

### "Marketing 360"

January 29, 2026

4.0

My overall experience with Marketing 360 was mostly positive, with a few challenges. I liked having many marketing tools all in one place, which made it easier to manage things like social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertising without switching between different platforms. It helped keep everything organized and gave a clear picture of how marketing efforts were performing.

Pros

What I liked most about Marketing 360 is that it puts many marketing tools in one place. It makes things easier by combining websites, social media, email marketing, and advertising into one system. This saves time because you don’t have to switch between a lot of different programs.

Cons

What I liked least about Marketing 360 is that it can feel overwhelming at first because there are so many tools and features. It may take time to learn how everything works, especially for beginners. Some parts of the platform may seem complicated if you only need a few basic marketing tools. It can also be more expensive than using separate, simpler tools, which might not be ideal for small businesses with tight budgets. Overall, while it’s powerful, it may feel like more than you need and take time to fully understand.

We are thrilled to hear that having your website, social media, and advertising all in one place has helped you stay organized and saved you valuable time. We built our platform specifically to eliminate the hassle of switching between different programs, so it’s great to hear that "all-in-one" approach is giving you a clearer picture of your performance. We completely understand that the sheer number of features can feel a bit overwhelming at first. We are constantly working on ways to make the learning curve smoother for beginners, and we appreciate your honest perspective on our pricing for smaller budgets. We're so glad that, despite those initial challenges, our tools are helping you manage your campaigns more efficiently!

although expensive overall my experience is very positive, having access to marketing professionals and support services is also a big plus for me.

Pros

Simplifies daily operations by having social media tools, payments and automations in a single platform.

Cons

although having all the features in one platform can make it overwhelming for new users, could be a bit smoother experience.

### "Stay away from Marketing 360"

April 10, 2026

1.0

I used Marketing 360 for three separate companies, and unfortunately, my experience declined significantly over time. I initially signed up with my first company in September 2025. At the beginning, things seemed promising. The website was decent, and the advertising appeared to perform well. Based on that experience, I decided to bring them on for a second company, and eventually a third. That’s when things started to go downhill. For the third company, we entered into a contract of just over $9,000 per month. It took them two full months to deliver a website—meaning we spent approximately $18,000 in advertising fees before even having a functioning site. Over the course of four months, they failed to deliver anything close to what was promised. We did not receive a single phone call, email, or qualified lead from their efforts. Ultimately, we chose to pay an early termination fee just to stop the financial losses. To be clear, the issue was not the business itself—we were generating strong, record-level sales on our own during that same period. The second company was another major disappointment. We paid nearly $3,000 for a website that took over a month to complete, and the final product was extremely poor—so much so that our credit card processor refused to approve transactions on the site. We even connected the processor with Marketing 360 directly via email, and they were unable to resolve the issues. Across two out of the three companies, we spent thousands of dollars and received no meaningful results. They hold bi-weekly meetings that are presented as marketing reviews, but in my experience, these felt more like upsell calls. Each meeting focused on pushing for additional budget, and no matter how much was approved, the next meeting would always come with requests for more. Even after canceling services, they continued attempting to charge our cards. They did offer to refund the $3,000 website cost, but only in the form of advertising credits—not an actual refund. These credits can only be used if we reactivate an account and spend more money with them. In other words, we would need to spend additional funds just to access the refund. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and costly experience. In my opinion, the value delivered did not come close to the promises made. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution before committing to their services.

Pros

The contract ending was the best part about dealing with MArketing 360. The whole program is a cash grab. They produce no results and run up your bill.

Cons

The constant demand for more money, bad billing practices, subpar advertising, lack of accountability, poor web development, provided no results. The bad contracts.

### "Satisfied customer "

May 21, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Marketing 360 was positive. It provided a convenient all-in-one solution for managing marketing activities, including advertising, CRM, email campaigns, and website management. While it offered strong functionality and centralized control, it did require some time to learn, and costs could increase depending on the features used.

Pros

What I liked most about Marketing 360 was how it combined multiple marketing tools—like CRM, email marketing, ads management, and website building—into a single platform. It made it easier to manage campaigns in one place and track performance without needing separate tools.

Cons

What I liked least about Marketing 360 was that it could feel expensive for smaller businesses, especially when adding multiple features or services. Some users also find the platform a bit complex at first, with a learning curve when trying to navigate all the integrated marketing tools.

### "A $13,000 Lesson in Bait-and-Switch Marketing"

March 24, 2026

1.0

I strongly advise any small business owner to look elsewhere. My experience with Marketing 360 has been a textbook "bait and switch." The "Sales" Trap: The knowledgeable strategist who sold me on the service vanished the moment I signed. I was handed off to a novice "account manager" who lacked basic SEO fundamentals. Incompetent Strategy: Despite being a local business, they wasted my budget on broad-match keywords and generic pages for the first several months. When I pointed out the lack of ROI, instead of fixing their errors, they consistently tried to upsell me on more services. The Proof is in the Results: I paid Marketing 360 $2,300/month for 6 months ($13,800 total) and saw zero movement in local rankings. I hired a local SEO specialist for a one-time fee of $200, and they had me ranking for my primary keywords in my city within days. Predatory Contracts: They lock you into a 6-month contract because they know their results won't keep you there. A company with actual skill earns your business monthly; Marketing 360 traps it. They are a sales organization, not a marketing agency. If you value your business's growth and your hard-earned money, stay away.

Pros

Nothing at all. There is nothing to like about a company that locks you into a contract for 6 months, fails to meet any ROI, and continues to upsell you on additional products/services or "new features we are not offering to existing members".

### "Product Satisfaction regarding Usage - Review"

January 29, 2026

4.0

My overall experience with Marketing 360 has been positive, despite the few drawbacks and difficulties mentioned above. The platform's automation capabilities significantly streamlined our marketing efforts, saving time and resources. However, I would appreciate improvements in mobile optimization, customer support options, and pricing. Despite some areas of improvement, Marketing 360 remains a reliable choice for comprehensive marketing automation.

Pros

Working with limited hours in it. But, In my experience, It stands out with its comprehensive automation options and it is also user-friendly interface. The platform's ability to streamline marketing jobs/tasks, which includes email campaigns, generating leads and managing social media significantly enhances efficiency. Moreover, it's detailed analytics and reporting tools provide valuable insights for data-driven decision-making. Its customer relationship management (CRM) integration and marketing automation capabilities make it a powerful tool for managing customer relationships effectively. Overall, It empowers marketers to drive more targeted and successful marketing efforts.

Cons

I least liked: First, the platform is not optimized for mobile devices, which makes managing marketing campaigns and tracking analytics on a mobile device challenging. Second, the customer support options are limited, with only email and online ticket submission for resolving issues. Lastly, the pricing can be expensive for startups and small businesses, making it less accessible for smaller marketing teams. Although these limitations exist, Marketing 360 remains a powerful marketing platform for managing various advertising campaigns.

### "All-in-one marketing platform, but results vary"

January 30, 2026

4.0

Overall, it’s a platform that can work well if your business matches its model and you get proper guidance. It saves time by keeping tools together, but results are mixed. Small businesses should carefully check pricing and ensure the services meet their specific needs before committing.

Pros

I liked that Marketing 360 combines multiple tools in one place. You get CRM, website management, social media scheduling, analytics, and campaign tracking without needing separate software. The interface is easy to navigate, and having everything connected makes reporting and automation simpler. For some users, the extra guidance from their support team is also helpful.

Cons

The pricing can be confusing and feels high for small businesses. Some of the promised results, especially for ads and SEO, don’t always match expectations. A few people also mentioned that customer support can be slow or inconsistent at times.

### "Great Results from an Incredible Team"

May 14, 2022

5.0

Marketing 360 has been great. I was fortunate to be partnered up with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and his team. We have been able to achieve more in the few months I've worked with him than I was able to on my own over the past several years. He is responsive, awesome to work with, takes my suggestions and ideas, and is able to stay with me and the goals I have.

Pros

The software is fairly simple to use. I have used different CRMs, payment processors, and website tools in the past. This software is right on par (if not more advanced) than the others. It is incredibly easy to use! The built-in automation, payment processor, and nurture tools are incredible.

Cons

The only part of the software that I think could be improved upon would be the social media tools. This could be (mostly) because I haven't used them a whole lot. I find it is almost easier to jump in and post on the different social media accounts myself.

### "The CRM soft ware is not difficult to understand. For me it's about TIME BLOCKING ...."

September 14, 2021

5.0

I enjoy my team \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]. The entire experience from start until now has been professional. I like having the support. Speaking weekly is invaluable.

Pros

The CRM soft ware is not difficult to understand. For me it's about TIME BLOCKING and actually taking the time to learn and push buttons. It's kind of like having a new cell phone. You learn new features along the way. I liked that everything is at your finger tips

Cons

Maybe it was me. Maybe it was system interface errors. Not often but sometimes languages simply were not communicating. That's when you walk away and go have Margaritas. This happens in every situation where Tech is involved. Nothing to be concerned about .

Reason for choosing Marketing 360

Truth is I am not much of a shopper. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and I vibe, day one. Their products looked professional. The presentation to me was professional and easy to understand. And since commencement i think we've done good work. As we speak we are moving into the next phase and the fruits of out labor should start showing. I'll keep yo posted. #stayhealthymyfriends

### "Efficiency "

March 13, 2026

4.0

Overall, i would say marketing 360 is a great product. However, consideration should be given to small and medium scale enterprise so that the benefit does not result in profit drain on business.

Pros

Marketing 360 was first introduced to me by one of our business associates but I did not give much consideration. Some months later I came across a platform providing details of its efficiency and return on investment. We are now considering using Marketing 360 like our sister company.

Cons

We have not received complaints from our sister company but it seems that the return on investment diminishes in long term. Marketing 360 is quite costly to sustain.

### "Madwire and marketing 360 Fraud Inc"

January 15, 2025

1.0

This company was built on fraud This company was built on fraud. Their original name is madwire. They changed that name in all their marketing material to marketing 360 but their credit card charges still bear madwire. I researched this company for 3 months before signing on with them. They promised to do the work and follow through. I signed on for $2250 per month with $1000 going towards paid ads. It took them 3 months to set up the social media presence . I was paying $2250 monthly. They still charged me $2250 for the 4th month which included $1000 for paid ads when they haven't ran even one paid ad. I asked for a refund on the $1000 . They stopped communicating and I did not get up to 5 calls after 4 months. marketing 360 is madwire and the only thing they have in common is fraud. I will file a complaint with FTC. This people are criminals. They hired nice people that will bend over backwards to make you sign up. Once you sign up, they will hand you ove to another team and from there it is fraud

Pros

Absolutely nothing. Their sales people are nice but only to lure you in and then the fraud begins

Cons

It is like a pyramid scheme. Once they get hold of your credit card, they will delay even the minutest thing by weeks so that they can keep billing your credit card

The best part about Marketing 360 is that it centralizes all the functions in one place simplifying work and saving time. The cost of employing several other softwares for the job is cut down. Eventually, marketing has been made easy and smart.

Cons

Marketing 360 is probably one of the most user friendly softwares with the most flawless performance ever.

### "IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT HIRING MARKETING360, YOU NEED TO READ THIS REVIEW"

March 10, 2018

1.0

Pros

There are only two pros: 1) First and foremost, my contract with Marketing360 is finally over. 2) I was forced to learn everything about sales and marketing that I was trying to delegate.

Cons

Honestly, I didn't want to write this review. I tried to forget about it and just accept my poor decision, but I just can't. I've been done working with the company for nearly a month now and it still bothers me. Why? Well, I feel it's my public duty to save my fellow entrepreneurs from the jaws of deceit, empty promises, and weekends filled with bashing your head against your computer monitor. To be perfectly frank, you'd be better off lighting your money on fire than hiring Marketing360 - at least doing so would spare you months of frustration, anger, and disappointment. Hiring them was the worst decision I've ever made. Their sales guys were a bit pushy, but raised no red flags. The issues started after I signed my contract. They convinced me that my website needed to be redone, so we embarked on a 2-month search for fool's gold. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that their web designers build their customer's websites on the back of a clunky, archaic platform that they call "UXI." I have used Squarespace, Wix, Wordpress, Leadpages, and ClickFunnels, so I know a thing or two about website builders. UXI is unspeakably bad. And the worst thing is that they can literally hold your website hostage - should you decide to part ways with them - because they have total control over the backend. It took them over 2 months to "optimize my website for conversions" on UXI. I repeatedly requested access to the backend of this website during these 2 months and they told me that they couldn't allow me to do that because they were afraid that I would "break the site." Finally, my marketing executive relented and jokingly told me on a call that "if you break it, you bought it", referring to the complex UXi platform. She then conceded that their developers have trouble using it. Their developers!! Who in their right mind would want to run their business website on a custom platform that its developers have trouble using? At this point, I quickly learned how dreadful the whole platform was. Plus, the initial designs were complete garbage. I had to re-design my entire site myself using Wordpress and I did it over a weekend. It took me less than 48 hours to do the exact same thing that was taking them over 2 months! At every step in the design, the Marketing360 team pushed back on my requests for edits. To them, this was a get-in-and-out, cookie-cutter, copy-and-paste job, while to me, my website is the face of my awesome company - my livelihood - and I truly cared how it represented me and my brand. I wanted it to be welcoming and thoughtful, not a clunky, "conversion-optimized" mess. Things only went downhill from there. Response time was generally about a day, which - in many parts of the country - is longer than Amazon takes to deliver your order. Even worse, they take off weekends, so if something goes wrong with an ad over the weekend, you're screwed. This ruined many of my weekends. My marking executive did not deliver any ad mock-ups on time and she required so much hand-holding that I eventually just spoon fed her all of the ad copy, audience targeting segmentation, and literally everything else. Just to be clear, I want to say that again...I quickly realized that the only way I could contain my losses in this terrible business relationship was to do all of the ads myself. I made ALL the landing pages, ALL of the copy, ALL of the ad images, created ALL the audiences, EVERYTHING! I had to even teach myself how to do Facebook retargeting, which was the major reason I hired them in the first place. They require you to sign a 6-month contract and if you decide that you want out, they'll charge you an early termination fee. So, I just kept paying them to spend my money. Marketing360 basically just worked as my Facebook ad bank, boosting my ads with the money that I gave them. Except this bank charges you thousands of dollars to help you waste your money. As a 25-year-old who supports his "side hustle" business by working full time as an engineer, this essentially meant that I was just burning through my savings. Shortly thereafter, my marketing executive sent me an email to tell me that she was leaving the company. I don't know if she quit or was fired, but I can't say I was surprised. My new marketing executive began working with me 2 weeks before a huge product launch that I had been working on for months. This was basically a make-or-break product launch for my business that was on life support. Ironically, my useless marketing budget was to blame. My new marketing executive was far better (hence the 2 stars), but the rocky relationship and abysmal results continued. On January 23rd, 2018, I asked for a refund of all the unused ad credits that I hadn't spent. In my contract, I was required to pay per month, of which went to ad credits. Little did I know that they actually skim off a percentage of all the ad credits spend to manage the ads. Something that was not spelled out in the contract. When I asked to just take my unspent marketing budget and walk away, his management flatly declined despite us being outside of the 6-month contract window. Their reason?? They said that they "want the opportunity to win my business back." I told them that there was nothing they could do to mend the relationship, and they still declined. I even offered to pay them their "ad premium" (the percentage of money that they scrape off the top of every marketing dollar they spend for you - this was NOT mentioned at all in the contract by the way) on all but they still refused. I had to spend on underperforming ads just to burn through my money because the alternative was them simply keeping it. And I say "underperforming ads" because I launched the EXACT SAME ADS (same images, videos, copy, targeting) and mine consistently had a 1,000% to 3,000% higher conversion. I showed them data from multiple ads proving this and they gave me the runaround every time. Unbelievable. The icing on the cake was spending of my "creative hour credits" to one of their video editors for a 20-second promo clip and they sent me an unfinished version and told me that they burned through all the credits. They said I would have to pay them /hour to finish it. This doesn't make any sense because I provided all of the footage and told them precisely how I wanted it to be edited. Another thing that I ended up doing myself in a few hours. If you scroll down to reviews left in August, you will see that I left a positive review. Well, I wish I could delete it, but I can't. The reason I left this review is that they hounded me for a review from week 1. After a handful of email requests to leave a review in the first month, I begrudgingly did because I didn't want to damage our already fragile relationship. If you scroll down, you will see that there are NUMEROUS 1-star reviews, but for some reason, those reviews don't get factored into their perfect "5-star" score. The only thing worse than the I wasted on this company was the stress and aggravation that plagued me on a daily basis. Once famously quipped that building a company is like "eating glass and staring into the abyss" - well obviously Elon has never hired Marketing360, because his entrepreneurial experience would have been worse. One final point that you need to embrace: sales and marketing is THE MOST IMPORTANT part of your business. I wish businesses succeeded or failed by the quality of their product and service alone, but unfortunately, that's not the case. For the good of your business, you MUST NOT delegate your sales and marketing. If you are in the early stages of your business, this is even more important. You need to know that not all 20-somethings with an iPhone and 1,000 followers on Instagram know how to market in the digital world. If you can't market your business and sell your vision, don't expect someone to be able to do it for you. If you know how to log into Facebook, then you can figure out how to make your own ads. I taught myself in the past 6 months and I've gotten pretty good. Over the course of 8 months, Marketing360 did not help me to make a single sale. I spent working with Marketing360 with nothing to show for it. I messed up, but you don't have to. Please do your homework and think long and hard about this decision. I wish you all the best in your entrepreneurial endeavors.

### "I recommend Marketing 360 100%"

June 20, 2022

5.0

The platform's increased trustworthiness stems from the fact that it can be accessed via the cloud, the online, and mobile devices. Since we can handle both content management and social media management inside Marketing 360, we can more efficiently reach a wide audience and capitalize on the growing trend toward online marketing. It has been remarkable to see how the platform has contributed to the development of both our company and the surrounding community.

Pros

Several marketing execs at Madwire including the most current one were great to deal with. To begin, if you're looking to promote your business on social media, Madwire is hands down the best option. Due of my lack of experience with social media, I was confused as to how everything operated. The help desk team put everything together, helped me grasp the concepts I required, and took over the rest without a hitch. She has simplified our social media marketing strategies and provided us with actionable advice and direction every step of the way. Her expertise, reaction speed, and originality really beyond my expectations, and I would suggest her and Madwire to anybody trying to boost their social media marketing efforts.

Cons

We have no complaints from Marketing 360, rather our department is happy
