I used Marketing 360 for three separate companies, and unfortunately, my experience declined significantly over time. I initially signed up with my first company in September 2025. At the beginning, things seemed promising. The website was decent, and the advertising appeared to perform well. Based on that experience, I decided to bring them on for a second company, and eventually a third. That’s when things started to go downhill. For the third company, we entered into a contract of just over $9,000 per month. It took them two full months to deliver a website—meaning we spent approximately $18,000 in advertising fees before even having a functioning site. Over the course of four months, they failed to deliver anything close to what was promised. We did not receive a single phone call, email, or qualified lead from their efforts. Ultimately, we chose to pay an early termination fee just to stop the financial losses. To be clear, the issue was not the business itself—we were generating strong, record-level sales on our own during that same period. The second company was another major disappointment. We paid nearly $3,000 for a website that took over a month to complete, and the final product was extremely poor—so much so that our credit card processor refused to approve transactions on the site. We even connected the processor with Marketing 360 directly via email, and they were unable to resolve the issues. Across two out of the three companies, we spent thousands of dollars and received no meaningful results. They hold bi-weekly meetings that are presented as marketing reviews, but in my experience, these felt more like upsell calls. Each meeting focused on pushing for additional budget, and no matter how much was approved, the next meeting would always come with requests for more. Even after canceling services, they continued attempting to charge our cards. They did offer to refund the $3,000 website cost, but only in the form of advertising credits—not an actual refund. These credits can only be used if we reactivate an account and spend more money with them. In other words, we would need to spend additional funds just to access the refund. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and costly experience. In my opinion, the value delivered did not come close to the promises made. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution before committing to their services.

Pros

The contract ending was the best part about dealing with MArketing 360. The whole program is a cash grab. They produce no results and run up your bill.

Cons

The constant demand for more money, bad billing practices, subpar advertising, lack of accountability, poor web development, provided no results. The bad contracts.

I strongly advise any small business owner to look elsewhere. My experience with Marketing 360 has been a textbook "bait and switch." The "Sales" Trap: The knowledgeable strategist who sold me on the service vanished the moment I signed. I was handed off to a novice "account manager" who lacked basic SEO fundamentals. Incompetent Strategy: Despite being a local business, they wasted my budget on broad-match keywords and generic pages for the first several months. When I pointed out the lack of ROI, instead of fixing their errors, they consistently tried to upsell me on more services. The Proof is in the Results: I paid Marketing 360 $2,300/month for 6 months ($13,800 total) and saw zero movement in local rankings. I hired a local SEO specialist for a one-time fee of $200, and they had me ranking for my primary keywords in my city within days. Predatory Contracts: They lock you into a 6-month contract because they know their results won't keep you there. A company with actual skill earns your business monthly; Marketing 360 traps it. They are a sales organization, not a marketing agency. If you value your business's growth and your hard-earned money, stay away.

However, my experience with the company reveals a troubling pattern of excessive, undisclosed charges and gross mismanagement of advertising budgets that resulted in significant financial harm to my business. Upon entering into a service agreement with Marketing 360, I was not properly informed of the true costs associated with their platform and services. Fees that were either vaguely explained or entirely omitted during the onboarding process began appearing on my billing statements, including recurring platform charges and inflated service fees that far exceeded the value of the work delivered. More critically, Marketing 360 launched paid advertising campaigns without the oversight of a qualified or certified ad specialist. The campaigns were poorly targeted, lacked strategic planning, and yielded no measurable return on investment. Despite spending thousands of dollars on ads through their system, I received minimal traffic and zero conversion, all while being kept in the dark about how these funds were actually used. Repeated attempts to get clarification, transparency, or adjustments to billing and ad strategy were either ignored or met with dismissive responses. Their opaque billing practices and lack of accountability reflect a serious failure in client stewardship, professionalism, and ethical standards. As a result of Marketing 360’s actions and omissions, I incurred substantial financial losses, lost marketing momentum, and endured considerable stress. I believe this company misrepresents the quality and scope of their services, exploits small business owners unfamiliar with digital marketing, and engages in practices that should be investigated for potential consumer protection violations.

We spent over $40,000 with this company and saw no return in actual new business. Although I enjoyed the employees, their reporting consistently attempted to take credit for leads that were clearly coming from other sources (referrals, prior marketing efforts, etc.). What’s more concerning is how the relationship ended: Attempted enforcement of additional fees after cancellation Continued billing issues even after services were requested to stop A heavy focus on contract terms rather than performance delivered At this level of investment, results should not be ambiguous. Anyone can talk the talk and hire staff to make it look like they're doing something. But when it comes to actual results, this company does not perform. STEER CLEAR!!!

Staff was friendly and enjoyable. Platform they used for software is standard to a normal marketing company.

Cons

ZERO results after spending over $40,000 with them! Despite weekly meetings and informing them that no results were coming in, they never pivoted. I told them they were a hail mary and if they didn't perform we were done, they took over two months (billing at $8500/month) to simply set up facebook ads. After they didn't bring in a single new client that wasn't attributed to previous marketing efforts, they enforced a 30 day $8500 cancellation policy (I gave them 25 days notice of their efforts not working and they still charged me).

Overall, i would say marketing 360 is a great product. However, consideration should be given to small and medium scale enterprise so that the benefit does not result in profit drain on business.

Pros

Marketing 360 was first introduced to me by one of our business associates but I did not give much consideration. Some months later I came across a platform providing details of its efficiency and return on investment. We are now considering using Marketing 360 like our sister company.

Cons

We have not received complaints from our sister company but it seems that the return on investment diminishes in long term. Marketing 360 is quite costly to sustain.

Marketing 360 is a scam. I paid over $20,000 for a website redo that was sloppy and full of typos etc. An AI and I could have done way better in a week or less. Their marketing was just as bad—generic, ineffective, and a complete waste of money. I raised concerns with my rep Eric Woods multiple times and got nothing but excuses and empty promises. Now I have to fix the mess myself and it's a bigger project than starting fresh. These guys lure in small businesses with big promises, overcharge, and deliver garbage. DO NOT waste your money with these con artists!

TERRIBLE! They promised so many things including a brand new website, and they did a terrible job. I found a person who I pay 1/2 of what I use to pay for them and I spend 1/2 of what I was spending on Google ads and I get more leads than when I was under contract with them.

That integrated tools allow to work several channels from one program has positively influenced the promotion performance of my team and the overall consistency of the campaigns. The reporting features are quite useful; however, there is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to exploring all available options in the data analysis.

Coupled with marketing automation, they fall under the category of integrated CRM. An AI tool used in the generation of advertising headlines and copy for social media accounts.

Cons

The email marketing module lacks more levels of segmentation as compared to the other modules offered. The landing page builder is rather more simple and less graphic compared to other specific pages, builder programs. Integration with other tools would also deem it even more suitable for use since there are many tools that are complementary to video encoding.

Excellent! The staff were friendly, willing to work at my slow pace, and lots of resources (including live people) to teach me new features.

Pros

Streamlined and organized onboarding. Friendly staff. Easy to use templated building blocks for my site.

Cons

Had some trouble pulling a report from CRM, but Kylee walked me right through it--no problem.

Overall I'll say they have a good rating,streamlined bussines and very good to work with.

Very good support team and it's track performance across multiple channels.

Cons

Priceing a bit steep especially for the small business.
