It was terrible. Worst business decision Ive made since being in business. I know of 5 other companies as well who all got the overpromise/underdeliver response I got. But of course, I found out too late. I might as well took 9,000 and lit it on fire and thats the same I got from spending it on these guys. They also probably have over 800 reviews to drown out all the "real" reviews they get. What I got was digital billboards which they said was the way to go and absolutely no response and only after I complained a couple of times we tried something different which were super cheesy, lame looking ads on facebook. No response whatsoever. I thought I was getting help from leading experts on social media. Not something a high schooler could figure out and do after a month or two of playing on his phone. Really disappointing experience overall. My two cents is to stay away as far as possible Also, any company that has an OVER 2,000 dollar cancellation fee, has it for good reason. And your locked into a contract for 6 months. Worst business decision I have ever made by far.

Pros

Even more than the all in one cross platform marketing that's available to the small business owner, we've been very impressed with our account reps. Very knowledgeable, genuine concern for the clients marketing results, lots of helpful advice without being pushy, and hyper responsive and patient. Ideal for the small business owner who couldn't begin to navigate the waters of SEO, Social Media, Website optimization, review management, Google PPC, blogging etc much less synergistically with a consistent marketing approach. The creative team is top notch as well.

Cons

My one complaint is never really knowing how much of your budget is going for the media spend. You spend $2000 per month for adwords, but your $2000 are converted to M360 dollars before the spend. So you're always wondering how your dollar converts to Marketing 360 dollars. Other services we've used show us exactly how many dollars go to Google for example. But I have to say our results are better here anyway - which is what matters most.

They promised a beautiful website and all they did was copy my existing ugly site and make a prettier font. They charged me a ton of money and delivered on zero promises.

Pros

I liked what they promised. But they never delivered anything that was promised.

They care 0.00% about their clients. Worst experience in 30 years.

I like the software for the review process but it didn't work the first couple of times and then you have to put a certain number of words in such as if you don't have anything negative to say you still have to type 100 words for that question to move to next field. Even now I cannot get the pull downs to work for Industry or Company Size.

Pros

Simplicity of use and clean design. We have a pet supply website and have to learn enough software. This platform is intuitive and easy to use immediately.

I own a small company and was with Madwire for 8-9 months. We were very disappointed. We were forgotten about, ignored, and continuously given excuses as to why promises weren’t kept. We saw 0 increase in organic traffic and at the end of our relationship we had to point out that no one had completed any work or even logged on to our site in 3 months. They helped remodel our website with all the credits we had accrued. We also got 0 use from their crm that we were forced to pay $395/ month for. If you are a smaller company, I would look elsewhere. If you can afford to spend $5k+\\month, they may be perfect for you.

Pros

Some of the employees seem to care, not many.

Cons

You pay for the crm even when it’s not needed.

Pros

I love the service. They are a great company, very good at what they do. They offer great insight into marketing strategies and I couldn't be more happy with them.

Cons

I feel they can be pricey in the sense that every thing that they do you get charged for. They are good at what they do so it makes it worth it but the cost can be difficult.

For the most part, this runs in the background for me. I let the leads come in from our suite, follow up from our email notifications and pop in here occasionally to review our analytics. I know there's more we could do with the software, but I haven't the time to review it all and figure out what tools are best tailored to meet our needs.

Pros

Vast analytics with the option to drill down to the most minute details. I love data and this does not let me down.

Cons

There is more here than I may ever be able to use. I would love a set of tutorials geared towards typical positions such as Sales People, Project Managers, CSRs, Small Business Owners, Marketing Agents, etc. I have very little time to try to work my way through all the tools available and learn how to best incorporate them into my daily routine. If there was a tutorial page with the a bulleted selection of the most valuable tutorials for a Project Manager, learning how to best use this software would be much less daunting.

Let's face it, there are a lot of choices out there where marketing is concerned, but many of them of them aren't particularly any good. All too often, I've heard of people buying from companies based on their web-presence, a slick line from a sales rep or a variety of other reasons, none of which have anything to do with what really matters; value and effectiveness. To the point, Marketing 360 delivers and does so with consistency and grace. Our project was a complicated one filled with deadlines, last minute changes and many, many questions from our team. Cassidy, our marketing specialist, took immediate control of the situation and did exactly what others promise, but rarely make good on and that is, deliver enviable results. No matter how many curve balls have been thrown her way, the ball is always it. The coordination between this cohesive unit at Marketing 360 is absolutely remarkable. When we needed adjustments to the CRM, it only took one simple phone call and Mariah took the time to listen to our objectives and quickly applied her expertise to the situation(s), and we were back focusing on our business within minutes time and time again. To the point, when you need a marketing partner, there is only one choice in my mind and that is the amazing team at Marketing 360. We've not only highly recommended people to Marketing 360, we're now working on submitting an additional project because we know that it will be delivered on with nothing other than spectacular results and superior and friendly service. Thank you, Cassidy, Mariah, and everyone at Marketing 360. You've all done a fabulous job.

I think I've said enough. Bad. I would never work with them again.

I LOVED my web design team. Attentive, listened to me. Marvelous! I LOVE my website.

Cons

Everything besides the initial contact and web design was awful. No communication. I think I was actually lied to several times for the sake of them saving face (which didn't work). I paid THOUSANDS of dollars for nothing. They didn't listen to what I said. In the end, I did have some discussions and got a partial refund. I am HOPEFUL that it was just the 2-3 people I happened to work with that were the bad apples. The person I talked to in the beginning was wonderful and Web design was...but anything to do with content or social media was one of the worst professional experiences of my life.

Reason for choosing Marketing 360

I LOVED the initial contact person I worked with. Attentive. Enthusiastic. Patient. Explained things fairly well, but NOTHING that he promised (except web design) was as he said. I do not know if that was because he was telling me a story or the people I got were just really bad.

Pros

Madwire 360 \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is a bundle of positive energy, he has a wealth of experience in growing web sites, he readily makes himself available and he is extremely responsive. He's a major reason I rate Madwire 360 as highly as I do.

Initially found navigation to be unfamiliar and not particularly intuitive, but didn't take long to move beyond that problem.

We have been with 3 different SEO/Web Optimization companies in the past 4 years and I can tell you with absolute confidence that Madwire is the BEST out there. Our Account Rep, Julian, is outstanding and we literally feel like he is one of our employees (for a fraction of the cost of course, shhh!). These guys and ladies are the OPPOSITE of hands-off, and the communications I receive from their team are often and effective...almost daily. In fact, usually I am the one holding things up as they wait on deliverables from us. Julian and his team are constantly looking for ways to optimize our budget and drive more (and better) traffic to our website. Yes, we had to increase our initial budget with them by 4-5X within 6 months of signing a contract (as they helped us set a realistic budget to meet our overall revenue goals), but it's all for a good cause. After all, if as a business owner you are seeing an exponential ROI, you would be crazy not to increase your budget, right? Unless you don't want to grow your business. And again, I feel like every dollar we spend is being put to good use with Madwire. I can't say enough good things about them. Our future looks bright now that we finally found an online partner who actually cares about us as a customer and one who is partnering with us to grow our business indefinitely.

We have the best online support for a fraction of the cost of hiring someone ourselves.

Initially, I loved the fact that \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was great and did a lot of work on my website and the adds. I didn't have to do anything in the creation of the site and it came out perfect. I still use it now. I am paying the monthly hosting. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] did blogs for my creative time and created monster pages and the SEO was working well.

Cons

They changed my manager from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]. from there it went downhill. she wouldn't do any blogs, if I wanted changes, I had to type the stuff myself. I am a solo-practitioner paying about $1000 per month, and I have to write my own content. No. I tried to use my creative time for things and they didn't get done and so when I canceled, I lost a bit of creative time. I dropped my fuel credits after I started getting calls from people who wanted to sue because they found a bug in their french fries. So I still get the monthly reports as I am still paying for the hosting, but I had a question about logging into UXI, and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] never responded. Now I have some generic no-name manager for my account. I was considering going back if I would work something out without getting someone like \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], but instead, I am hiring someones else to do my website in Wordpress.

I’ll be honest, I haven’t began diving into the product yet! I am still working on including the pricing into my budget! However, I would like to give anecdotes to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] for his Customer Service experience I received.. - \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] responded to my inquiry about pricing with in the hour which is saying a lot in my perspective since I am just a small 1 woman team for my business.. - So that says to me they care about each client, and truly figuring out solutions for even us 1 woman teams! - I felt comfortable the entire time honestly it felt as if we had become new friends by the end of the experience.. - He was very transparent about what the pricing would and wouldn’t include, and wasn’t trying to just solicit business to add new accounts! ( I felt like I actually learned from the experience) - He allowed me to ramble about my life for a moment!!! ( Lol this felt good! As an entrepreneur everyday is a new challenge, things to accomplish, and goal to meet.. So have a few venting moments about entrepreneurship was super helpful) - Even though the plan is currently out of my price budget, It soon will be, and just based on \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] I won’t be looking further for any marketing needs!!! - I didn’t feel judged or as if my inquiry wouldn’t hold value for not having budget flexibility at the moment.. The system was relatively easy to use and navigate. It allowed me to capture the data I needed in an organized way.

Cons

Would like to have a better follow-up /alert system built in for reminders. With sales follow up and being able to stay connected with your customers and prospects is critical. It would be helpful to have more functionality to allow for setting up reminders that could then integrate to standard calendar formats.
