Overall, the experience was fairly smooth. We went from signing the contract to go-live in 15 days. Integrations are easy to setup, the implementation consultant \[sensitive content hidden\] helped us get bulk data imported into our account in time for go-live and made sure our go-live was a success. Pros Fairly simple onboarding process, easy approval flow editor, mobile app, SSO is not paywalled behind an expensive plan, plenty of customizations when it comes to custom fields to keep track of various purchasing details. Cons Limited selection of punchout integrations (currently only a few vendors - Amazon, Fisher Scientific, Grainger, McMaster). No vendor portal. No ability to use custom domain name for outbound emails.
