Pros

Precoro has changed the way we operate. This school year, I have enjoyed being the bridge between teachers and the Department of Finance. Teachers communicate their classroom needs, and their ideas for field trips. Then, I submit purchase requisitions. The system allows me to add notes. This allows me to specify which class in the department is requesting it. In addition, I can submit files. This feature is convenient for sharing invoices and keeping everything in one place.

Cons

What I like the least is that when I upload the spreadsheet to import the items, and I made an error on my end, it takes me a long time to figure out what I have to change. Many times I add the items manually to save time.

Pros

I find the feature of marking PO\`s as fully or partly received very very useful. This is so because i always have first hand information on the status of all my orders and lets me know where to focus my attention.Yes i find the product easy to use and it was perfectly integrated with quickbooks

Cons

The fact that i cannot automatically post warehouse returns is what i dont like. Except i have to manually do stock changes which is what i dont like doing.

It has been great. The support for getting the software configured and working for UVM has been amazing.

Pros

We were struggling to find a software program that was affordable to use in a project based engineering class. Precoro's price structure only charges on a Power User basis and not normal users, so this made it affordable. Precoro is web-based platform that allows students to use their university credentials to easily submit purchase orders for multiple parts from a variety of vendors with some oversight by administrators to approve and place the orders. It does this really well.

Cons

The comment feature is great within the system, but you only get notified via email that you have a comment. It would be great to have a feature in Precoro that allows you to see comments that are addressed to you within the platform.

Procurify was too expensive. They wanted to charge on a per-user basis each month. This which was not affordable for the program, especially since the software remains unused for about 4 months of the year.

We didn't use Adobe. We used a custom piece of software that was developed in house. It had numerous flaws that caused orders to be duplicated, made it hard to order multiple parts from a single vendor, keep track of budgets and receive parts.

I was impressed with Precoro's user-friendly interface and powerful analytics and reporting capabilities. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to learn and navigate. I particularly appreciated the option to export data in Excel format, enabling further analysis and customization.

Cons

It is not intuitive enough for me how inventory management should work. Also, when manually entering a new item, the small window provided for name and description made it difficult to verify entered information. Additionally, I discovered that Precoro allowed the creation of duplicate SKU numbers, even when an existing SKU already existed. Despite these concerns, Precoro's user-friendly interface and powerful analytics remain valuable for procurement processes.

When we started with Precoro we were formalizing our purchasing department. Working with Precoro allowed us to create processes and procedures, understand our expenses by department, and grade our vendors and their performance. Efficiency, organization, and cost savings increased tremendously. We all love Precoro!

Pros

\- incredibly easy to use and our teams adopted the processes without issue - the interface is pleasant and easy to read; it isn't difficult to navigate at all - the system itself runs smoothly and we never encountered any bugs or glitches - users are able to communicate across all transactions via @mentions (this is a feature we will miss a lot!) - reports are easy to use and customize - Precoro customer service is the best! Seriosuly, they are all so friendly, helpful and go out of their way to resolve issues and answer any questions - The Precoro team releases newsletters alerting users of updates and changes, and there are great notifications that pop up when you log into the system alerting you of updates with clear visuals and explanations

Cons

There isn't much that we didn't like about Precoro : - it isn't possible to search by item for core information. For example, many of our teams want to search by item to see if it is WIP with a vendor. You can only do this by exporting a report

In the short time we have been using Precoro, we have been quite satisfied. Going from a manual process to an online, streamlined process with Precoro has been quick and smooth. The Note and Link options within Precoro have been invaluable in communicating internally so that everyone has full disclosure and gets what they need in a timely fashion.

Pros

The software is very user friendly by providing at-a-glance statistics, a dashboard to reach the different modules without hassle, and makes it easy for even the most non tech savvy person to understand. We so appreciate the option to make recurring purchase orders in Precoro to save the Purchasing team valuable time and the ease of the RFP process. So far our support staff and clinical team has adapted quite nicely to Precoro with no major issues and are pleased to be able to track the status of their requests without contacting the Purchasing team and taking them off task to find and research orders.

Cons

The least favorite feature for our Purchasing team is the inability to print a range of purchase orders simultaneously. That option would save extra time, but the speed of downloading the PDF files is quicker than our last platform.

Reason for choosing Precoro

Precoro had more options in the software platform than any of the other products, plus the alternative of customization if needed. That is what set Precoro above the other companies. Our account manager, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], was also very patient to understand our needs and teach employees the ins and outs to use Precoro, very knowledgeable, offered invaluable input and support, and made the process very painless. She is an absolute gem.

Sage 300 was not working well as a Purchasing module that fit our needs due to its many limitations. It created purchase orders, but that was it. There were no options in Sage 300 to send purchase orders to vendors within the system, to send RFP's within the system, to track deliveries within the system, to attach documents/files within the system, or to approve anything anything within the system. Most importantly, there was no customer support. Even with all the updates, none of these options were ever added.

\- Provides the plaform to control procurement workflow. Initially LPO were just done anyhow without control and access to review the need to purchase something or not.

Pros

\- The ability of us users to create and update reports for our usage is very helpful- Its easy to use precoro, the set up is easy to understand and follow through activities. Does not exactly require additional technical expertise to use the system. - The graphical analyses assists in analyses, costs and effectiveness and efficiency of procurement processes.

Cons

\- The system does not value inventory so not good for inventory management. This also proves the system not suitable for stock replenishment.

Overall, it completely meets our basic need for PO creation, approval workflow and integration to QBO! It totally speeds up and simplifies our procurement/inventory management. ### "Good baseline solution with room to grow"

We did not have a procurement process or ability to approve invoices in a systematic way. This is no longer a problem for us. We also didn't have a great way to measure budget vs actual spend on our construction projects. Precoro has provided us with an uplift in that respect.

Pros

Three main things: 1. Ease of use 2. Flexibility in configuring approval workflows 3. Customer Service - \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and team have been amazing in helping us work through issues. Some are user errors, some are system issues. In either case, we get the same level of attention.

Cons

I really wish we were able to sync POs, invoice and receipts to NS. I understand there is a one document sync limit to Netsuite and we elected to to have invoices as our syncing document. This limitation prevents us from fully leveraging Precoro for our inventory related purchasing. For invoice syncing, it would be helpful if documents copies would also sync back to Netsuite. More robust reporting, particularly around budgets would be welcome.

Excellent and I would highly recommend this software.

Pros

The best thing about Precoro is their personalized relationship with their customers, their rapid responses to questions and follow up on things that can be done better. They are very very helpful to us. Customer service and help desk is excellent. Very knowledgeable staff and excellent training for implementation.

Cons

Expense does not transfer to QB online yet. They are working on this. Budgets are just not the best for us.Reporting is lacking even though they provide every combination of capturing your data and exporting this to excel. It would be ideal if some basic executive style reports were just available for printing by just changing dates, etc.

Precoro is an adorable tool with excellent performance. The dashboard is fully customizable and automation is practical and relatable.

Pros

Precoro has its ways to enhance clarity in whatever field it is applied in. I started using Precoro in my business as a beginner to control budgeting and expenses tracking. It worked so well that when I got a job, I could not hesitate to apply it in my new position to make my work easier and professional. It has worked well and I feel the change. It is basically easy to use and implementation is not an issue at all. The customer service is excellent too.

Great tool with no dislikes. Precoro is the best option for me.

Pros

Precoro allows us to simplify and streamline our ordering process, from the statement of requirement to PO validation flow, to vendor management, to invoicing and reconciliation. It is a 100% SaaS platform, so easy to access and no maintenance required.

Cons

The invoicing piece could be easier to use. If a supplier generates part invoices for an order, it's still a bit awkward to manage if it has not been split properly when drafting the PO. Hopefully the new features such as Service PO and Blanket PO should resolve this.

Our company uses Precoro as its procurement system to streamline the formerly manual processes involved in the purchasing process. The company's whole procurement cycle can be managed at the departmental or regional level with the help of this program.

Since the PR's accompanying documents and comments did not make it through to the PO, we will need to retype them and attach the documents once again.

Going from manual POs to Precoro experience was very benefical across the company, from purchasing to finance dept, budget tracking is much more easy as well as supplier payments.

Pros

Precoro simplifed a lot how we do accounting. WIth it integration with quickbook it is a breaze to track expense and budgeting. The PO creation and then status update along the way are very user friendly and easy to use.Creating receipt for received product allows us to track the whole PO lifetime up to the part reception. Very good upgrade for a small company who used to do all its POs manually ! Using a list of pre-imported part is also very useful for stuff you buy on a regular basis.

Cons

The only missing options in precoro are the ability to say where the part consumption are going. It would be useful to fully track a part lifetime.Tracking part revision is also not super well integrated, we got it to work but had to use some workaround

### "The company we can rely on"

Pros

Until Precoro, we used excel & email to create and track requests. There were often delays in delivering goods to the project site. The procurement manager didn't understand whether the goods have already been delivered. It wasn't easy to track the approval status of requests by mail. There weren't clear reports on spending. Now we have automatically generated reports, which are made from a lot of custom fields. That's an excellent ground to control your spending. We got rid of excel, and procurement managers are satisfied with simplifying their work. Tracking invoices during all levels of the cycle is one of my favorite features. The customer support team is supportive and very kind.

Cons

I would like to see the PO details on the side, but I still need to open each PO to see our cost centers. It would be better if PO details are added to the side view. That would keep me from having to open each PO and maneuver back to the dashboard each time.

Precoro has delivered on so many of our requirements and continues to adapt to our needs. Precoro has allowed us to implement our paper-based processes to a digital platform and provided us with additional functionality that has been of great use to our department. I would recommend this application to any growing or established organisation.

Pros

The thing I enjoy most about the software and Precoro as a whole. Is how much the software adapts to the growing needs of our organization. Allowing us to manage the PO and PR approval process digitally, monitor budgets on a digital platform. Precoro has provided greater visibility of our spending across projects, suppliers, and locations. It has increased our Purchase order process dramatically and provided user-friendly reporting functionality.

Cons

Initially, the speed at which the software could adapt to our needs. At present, this has improved over the years. It's great to work with an organization that listens to your needs and tries to accommodate them where possible. But there are still features that could be improved .e.g. customization of the PO layout, customization of text sent out with purchase orders, and allocating mandatory/non-mandatory budgets.

We have been able to move away from a manual purchasing process. We are now able to set up catalogs, track purchases and spend in real time through reports -- no more manual process! \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] our Sales contact at Precoro was good but \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]our Success Manager is EXCELLENT! \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is very knowledgeable, patient and always willing to help. She has gone above and beyond the routine which definitely contributed to our SUCCESS story.

Precoro is user friendly and encompasses all aspects of procurement if you so desire to use those features. You can set rules to govern different levels for workflow and compliance. Pros

Precoro mobile web version and approval from email allow me to do it from everywhere. In addition, we now know in real-time how much we're spending on each budget.l In just a few weeks using precoro we saw tremendous improvement in our process, especially around budgets and approvals. We use Quickbooks for accounting but it was a struggle because we didn't know how much was left in a specific budget and if it's okay to approve a request or not. It wasn't very easy for us. We were looking for many different solutions, but many services were unfriendly or didn't have all the functionality we needed. I'm so happy that we've found an excellent automated, integrated QB solution - Precoro!

Cons

We have 2 people who make PO and separately approvers. They constantly need to revise PO and increase the amount through tolerance rate for receiving. It is very often the case that one creator is hired, and another can do it. but he hasn't a revised button because he is not in the approval flow.

### "One of the good application for small scale business"

Precoro is great for a small scale business to track of every order by supplier, P.O. they are also integrated with Quickbooks but have some bus issues sometimes like missing of VAT when migrated to Quickbooks. They also provide a variety of reports for month end purposes. Plus, we can design a manual report based on one's needs.

Few bugs relating to invoice posting, where VAT missed when migrated to Quickbooks

We didn't control POs at all, and it was very manual. Precoro is a great procurement software for making requests, approving them, raising orders, and getting analytics on them. We got everything we were looking for, and we can rely on Precoro due to its excellent quality and support. I recommend these guys for all companies which want to simplify the purchasing process and get a more transparent budget analysis

Pros

1\. A beneficial visual representation of the budget information. 2.User-friendly design and best form of supply chain digitization. 3.Reference each PO by looking it up in the search box by PO number.

Cons

Sometimes not all text is displayed. Although when I loaded information, the system saved all I entered. It would be better to show restrictions on the number of entered characters, like '0/250', so that you can immediately see how many characters are left.

### "Individual approach to each customer"

Pros

Problem #1 solved by Precoro is the difficulty of tracking the budget in real-time. With Precoro, it became possible to make it work well. Problem #2 - manual entering of information in Quickbooks. This accounting system is well, but manual entry took time. Integration was a perfect decision for us. Problem #3 - difficult to track the status of the approval. Automatic changing of status after opening mail and clicking one approval button in Precoro is perfect for us. And Precoro’s Customer Success Team is excellent. I’m not sure that big companies provide the type of individual support that Precoro does. For these reasons and many more, I suggest Precoro over and against any larger SAAS company.

Cons

In the PO report, there are fields in which it is difficult to orient what it concerns in general info. But it's a minor con. We're satisfied with all the functionality.
