The Precoro team was always ready to help us during the implementation. Once we implemented Precoro, we no longer faced any issues with ordering, tracking, and invoicing. We improved purchasing cycle time, and it helped reduce the time needed for creating PR, approving it, and making invoices. One more benefit is reporting. Earlier, we had reports on worksheets, which’s too manual. Now, all we need to get a report is to click on 1 button. Cons If a supplier provides us exact % of discount in their quotation, there is no issue to add this in the PO. Listen to your requests and have provided updates on areas that had been lacking Cons Features like delegation of authority for users on leave . Unable to tie in with accounting software, however no platforms we looked at couldn't tie in with our accounting systems due to it's limitation and not Precoro. Would be nice to be able to do bulk download of approved invoices. Also nice to have upload of Cost codes similar to they have with the supplier upload. Precoro provides that in an easy to use package. We can create POs and invoices and store all the paperwork in one spot. No more paper to store in file folders. Pros User Interface is easy to use Integrates with Google Authenticator for total security Workflow is simple to set up and provides easy notifications Dashboard is simple and provides info in an easy to understand format Cons The only issue I have had is creating open POs. Our CSM walked me through the process so the issue is resolved. Reason for choosing Precoro Our projector directors son works in IT and suggested we look at Precoro for creating POs and Invoices. The most useful feature for me as the responsible purchaser is great spend analytics and reports. Pros Our employees really like simple and pretty catalog of goods and services that they can request. Analytics helps me to report CFO about our spendings any time. Now, we can submit and process plans in less than one week. Precoro allows us to design various types of reports which provides us with valuable and thoughtful intel to strategize. When we began we had a lot of data to import from NetSuite but the onboarding process was made easy with concierge set up and took only 5 days. And there was direct integration with NetSuite. Then, they need to be confirmed by mail .. something can be lost. And there was no general picture of all requests. Conveniently, you can manage and store in the database: PRs, POs, invoices, cash flow - all in one system. Pros Earlier, when confirming the request, there was no way to view the budget; you needed to switch between tables. Now it’s super easy to consider the budget to understand if it is okay to approve PR. In addition, the real-time budget bar, which shows the balance of the budget, is beneficial. Cons When a document is deleted (via Delete), it simply disappears from the system. The system is easy to use, the team is constantly working on improvements and the customer support team is very supportive and very kind. Cons The process for PO's for service contracts is not yet optimal, but I know that implementation is being worked on. PDF (uploaded contracts or invoices) must always be downloaded before you can view them. It would be faster and easier if the PDF would open directly in the browser.
