All the representatives sell tires and autobatteries. When they need any of this, they use catalog of Shypshyna's products to request them from warehouse (office employees). There is approval routing of 3 employees. Pros Workflow is adjusted. Precoro has friendly UI and our internal representatives easily use it to process purchase requests and make POs from them. Interactive catalog is great, also we can upload report with costcenters into our ERP Cons We're waiting for the integration with our warehouse tool to automate all process. I wish all onboarding reps were \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]I was concerned about the price but it was worth it for all of \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] time and efforts. Pros Loved that we could use across various entities that were unique to the other software I was looking at. The onboarding support was TOP NOTCH That we can have an approval flow for PO's. All these actions don't require a lot of time. Automatical gathering of information by each purchase is helpful for further analysis. Pros 1\. It’s straightforward to approve purchase requests and orders with Precoro. We can do this even on mobile phones. 2. Creating reports on the fly and downloading them in Excel is very quick and helpful. 3.The Precoro support team has been very good at helping us understand how to use each feature Cons I needed to see a report from Precoro which can show the particular purchase history of a single item, but I couldn’t do this. Customer service is also always very helpful and courteous. Cons Vendor or supplier with product management can be improved. For example, when one item have multiple vendors/suppliers, the person that request the product (e.g.WR) have to choose the product connecting to a supplier, when the purchasing staff knows better on which supplier it should order from for the product. Now we manage all POs and invoices in a single platform without having to worry about updating the shared excel spreadsheet that we used previously to manage our purchases. Another major advantage is that Precoro has a shallow learning curve, and with kind assistance from the implementation team, it took us less than 2 weeks to be up and running. For approvers it’s also very easy. Whenever there’s a request, they get an email instantly and they can approve the request on their phone. Reports help us exactly ensure what was ordered by someone with all relevant details. The Custom success team cares. They’re helpful and informative! I can confidently say it’s a really good service.
