They can’t provide a timeframe. It has been over two weeks on this current bug and no one has responded to our emails this week. We have only used xap for 6 weeks or so and the first bug was with sign in and out and families couldn’t sign in and out it said access denied and they had to fix that but they just keep saying update your iPad and reinstall the app they wouldn’t actually help until over a week later and then admitted it was a bug. We are now trialling other software as no one from xap has spoken to is and the app doesn’t work Pros I do like the auto submission, auto invoicing, auto debit that’s all Cons The app actually doesn’t load photos to the parent portal and data like sleeps etc just sit loading and you have to delete and reinstall the app. Parents complain info wasn’t updated on the app. A parent loaded medication it never came through to us. At first i was concerned about transferring everything over for all our families but the process surprised me with how easy it was all done. Our Educators are now enjoying documenting everything online because of how easy and fast it is to use! Our families are loving being able to get information about all that is important to them and as an owner being able to access this all from home or while i am away on business makes things all the better. Storing and documenting everything online has helped reduce our manual paper work and archiving cost also. I was looking for a more efficient software that allowed our centre to move forward with the changes and the future and Kidsxap gave us that chance. I have used couple of different softwares before. Last time I migrated a software, it was painful task. Process at Kids Xap was quite smooth and we transferred everything across in a week time.
