Pros: Dashboard functionality

Cons: We are using SaaS. After upgrade we have new client software to install. This should not be done after next release. That will help us very much for deployment.

Overall: We are using Clientele ITSM for managing our projects, storing customer data and for quote management. We are happy with the dashboard functionality and the possibility to export data to Excel or whatever other system. We run quick analyses for benchmarking and we have complete overview of all important projects.

Recommendations to other buyers: Take your time to implement your processes into Clientele ITSM. If you do it right first time it will really help the business needs.
