1\. Onboarding: Findet so gut wie nicht statt. Bevor der Vertrag unterschrieben wurde, wurde man gefühlt jeden Tag kontaktiert und unter Druck gesetzt. Nach Vertragsunterschrift: Keine Kontaktaufnahme mehr. Ganz im Gegenteil: Ständiges Hinterhertelefonieren/-Schreiben bei Fragen oder Problemen. 2. Preisgestaltung: Zusätzlich benötigte Jobslots werden zum doppelten Preis angeboten, absolute Abzocke!!! 3. Versprochene Zusatzoption (vor Vertragsunterschrift: Alles kein Problem) werden nicht geliefert. Für mich ist onlyfy keine Option mehr. Schade.

Der Stellenanzeigen-Editor macht eine ansprechende Gestaltung einfach. Die Einbindung des Systems auf die eigene Website ist simpel. Der Support hervorragend. Durch Automatismen und Vorlagen wird die Kommunikation mit BewerberInnen auf ein neues Level gehoben.

Cons

Bei über 100 Talenten pro Job geht die Übersicht langsam schwerer von der Hand.

Verwendung der Software seit mittlerweile 3 Jahren und vollste Zufriedenheit, unsere Bewerbungsprozesse haben damit definitiv eine Verbesserung erfahren und vor allem während der Pandemie (mit sehr vielen Neuaufnahmen) hat uns Prescreen das (Recruiting-)Leben erleichtert

Sehr übersichtlich; leicht selbst anpassbar auf Unternehmensbedürfnisse; auch seitens der Bewerber\*innen gutes Handling; die verschiedenen Bewerbungsabläufe werden optimal abgebildet, sodass man den nächsten Schritt immer präsent hat; Implementierung und Integration haben rasch geklappt und waren unkompliziert;

Cons

Vorgaben in den Jobvorlagen, die selbst nicht adaptiert werden können (z.B. ist beim Ort die Angabe genau eines Ortes erforderlich; in einem Unternehmen, das mehrere Standorte mit den gleichen offenen Jobs hat, wäre hier wie bei anderen ähnlichen Kleinigkeiten z.T. mehr Flexibilität wünschenswert); man muss aber auch dazu sagen, dass das gesamte Tool, sowohl in der Oberflächenanpassung als auch bei den einzelnen Features, immer wieder dynamische Adaptierungen erfährt und auf Fragen und Anregungen seitens Prescreen auch immer eine Rückmeldung erhält

Transparenter Bewerbungsprozess, Gesamtüberblick über alle Bewerbungen in unserem Unternehmen. Super Schnittstelle zu karriere.at. Datenschutzkonform und tolle Usability, auch für BewerberInnen.

Einfache Usability. Der Aufbau ist easy und auch für jene Nutzer/User tlw. selbsterklärend. Als Administratorin kann ich mit wenigen Klicks neue Jobs anlegen und verwalten. TOP!

Cons

Die Auswertungen und Berichte sind nicht immer so einfach zu erstellen, oder so aussagekräftig. Vielleicht muss ich mich damit aber auch noch besser auseinandersetzen. Manches Mal braucht der Kundensupport recht lange mit der Umsetzung von Einmeldungen/Fehlern usw.! Wobei sich das wahrscheinlich schon verbessert hat, habe schon länger nichts mehr einmelden müssen :)

Die Bedienung ist sehr einfach und man findet sich gut zurecht. Die Ansicht ist sehr übersichtlich und man findet schnell, was man sucht.

Cons

Das Selbstgestalten von Job-Vorlagen ist noch sehr rudimentär und ausbaufähig. Außerdem fehlt die Funktion, dass man seine alten Job-Vorlagen selber anpassen kann.

\- Gute und einfache Bedienung - schnelle Einführung - gute Anpassungsmöglichkeit (Workflow, E-Mail-Vorlagen)

\- Für den Bewerber: Das Bewerberformular wirkt mächtig/umfangreich, obwohl es gar nicht so ist. Liegt daran, dass der Kandidat alle Prozess-Schritte rechts im Menü aufgelistet sieht. Auch wenn diese optional sind und übersprungen werden können. - Keine echte LinkedIn-Integration -> es werden lediglich Vor- und Nachname und Bild übernommen.

Von der Erstellung der Stellenanzeige über die Veröffentlichung auf den Karriereseiten, Jobbörsen sowie in sozialen Netzwerken bis hin zum eigentlichen Bewerbermanagement bilden wir mit Prescreen alles ab. Der Mehrwert liegt in der enormen Zeitersparnis, in der Transparenz für die Beteiligten sowie dem schnellen Überblick. Darüber hinaus erhalten wir auch von den Bewerber:innen gute Rückmeldungen hinsichtlich der Nutzerfreundlichkeit beim Hochladen von Dokumenten und dem Bewerbungsprozess an sich.

Pros

Ohne Handbuchstudium leicht nutzbar, besticht durch die Reduzierung auf Wesentliches, Bewerbermanagement macht damit richtig Laune. Einscan- und Auslesefunktion von Papierbewerbungen ist ein nettes Plus. Auch die Übertragung von Bewerbungen per E-Mail ins System ist kinderleicht. Schnittstelle zu den Karriereseiten möglich, Veröffentlichung von Stellen bei Jobbörsen aus dem System heraus möglich. Individuelle Vorlagen für Schriftverkehr sind leicht zu erstellen/ändern. Bewertungssternchen können vergeben werden und vieles andere mehr.

I can highly recommend Prescreen! The software is very intuitive and stands out through its beautifully designed user interface. Clearly a lot of work has gone into making Prescreen easy to use and that work has really paid off. We are a medium sized company and recruiting had previously been a serious drain on time. Prescreen enabled us to solve that problem.

After having gained a lot of experience with different tools in other companies, in our evaluation we focused on a tool that has a great user experience for all parties and is easy to customize. As a fast growing company, we have finally found a solution which is perfectly adjustable to our application & hiring processes.
