It is easy to use, set up, and manage my contacts. **Cons:** There are some features that are not available yet. For instance, Form builder doesn't work, despite being listed in the app store. A standalone form builder is on our roadmap, but we’re currently prioritizing AI-powered workflows to further streamline member engagement. I do find them responsive when I do have questions and I would like to help them improve the membership experience. **Pros:** The product is easy to get your head around and setting up was fairly straight forward. It was also affordable for us as an NGO. **Cons:** Not always intuitive in some areas and takes some time, and a few email exchanges to get things sorted. And that is how most tools are these days.
