There were a lot of challenges that came with use of the system. It was a bit clunky and outdated. Pros Master control is very well known in the industry. It has out of the box services which made it easy to implement. Cons Constant required updates were a challenge. We found a lot of bugs and their customer service was lacking for the overall cost.
