"Reduces time!!"

**Pros:** The reduction in time for getting document approvals was extremely helpful along with the improvements in ensuring training is completed.

**Cons:** Some functions are not intuitive, there is a lot of training to ensure that technicians understand how to navigate the search bar and view only released documents.

"Excellent product and fantastic Team"

**Overall:** Overall, I would highly recommend master control quality excellence to anyone in the healthcare or healthcare adjacent or pharmaceutical industries.

**Pros:** Master control offers a comprehensive solution for all of your quality compliance needs. In addition to being an industry leader, they also offer excellent customer support and collaboration on any of your document management or quality management needs.

**Cons:** And users do find the quality excellence tool to be cumbersome, and there is a large training burden for general of you only users as well as end user maintenance for errors and access.
