Pros I love building workflows, easy document management, and automated training management hubs. It is taking a lot of paper being wasted and having documents easier to find and in one place. Cons I would say AQEM needs a tad more work but I absolutely love how easier it will be for electronic forms once they fix some humps. Our sales rep \[sensitive content hidden\] has been a super star. Pros It is super user friendly, has a ton of resources available, and is very streamlined. It is also accessible from anywhere. Cons There is a pretty solid initial learning curve. This is the first eQMS I have used so it is taking some time for it to be automatic. It was a long process with feeling it may not work, but its so easy to you and its not hard to train your end users. It's nice that I still learn small things along the way and can even do more with working with my team to build new ideas. I really like this program and how more efficient my team works with less errors. Pros This program makes document control so much easier for my company. The way you can search and collaborate with people in the company is much easier along with the tracking of all revisions is so helpful. Cons That you do have to wait for people sometimes to move a task along depending on how you have it built. I also wish there was a date of when the InfoCard was approved on the main screen instead of having to go into the InfoCard itself or looking at the highest REV of the document. I like ver much that we can build the forms from scratch without coding knowledge. It’s easy to use even for someone without experience. Cons AQEM still is very limited in functionality and features, which is almost impossible to build the forms/workflows that work for my company. I am able to open and closed a quality event with full audit trail and traceability seamlessly. Pros I like the seamless integration of core quality processes like NCRs, OOTs, MOCs. We are able to follow through on a Quality Event from beginning to end with this product. Cons What I like the least is the rigidity of the product. Qx is lacking in ease of use, integration, and analytics. AQEM will address all of these things, in time. Pros It gave us a way to escape paper event management forms and Excel spreadsheets. Cons It doesn't integrate well with other modules, its cumbersome, its difficult to setup. It is a tool we can grow into. Pros Master Control is an excellent quality tool. The reliability is phenomenal. We have implemented document and training, and it always works the way it is supposed to. Cons There is a definite learning curve when learning to use Master Control. I was handed a system that was in use for 2 years without a sysadmin as well. The software was very intuitive and easy for me to grasp immediately with minimal training. Pros It consolidates all of our companies information into one location and everything is neatly tied together. Cons The fact that the use of most symbols can cause unwanted defects.
