More efficient workday.

Pros

The ability to make an optimized route along with being able to make notes on each record. I love the ability of places to see new opps as well!

Cons

The slowness at times of the app. I wish the route could be dumped completely into google maps if I so choose.

Allows me to see the checkins weekly and the report shows me what I may have forgot to follow up with.

Pros

Love that I can color code my accounts thus showing on a map the different accounts.

Cons

I wish you could post date your checkins. Often I will want to get on the road and do the check ins later. I also wish you could map to an address that is not an account. I want to see accounts that are near maybe a place I visit that is not for work.

Love Badger Maps, and introduced my friend who is also a traveling salesman to the program, he loves it too! Helps map out routes to visit your accounts and also works as a CRM. Customer Service always responds very quickly as well!

Pros

I began a new job as a traveling salesman, it made my life so much easier having this to map out my routes to see my customers as efficiently as possible.

Cons

It is a little costly if you want to add a lot of accounts into the software.

Excellent, I have recommended it to several of my friends.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use. I am 60 years old and not very good with computers. I found to be very user friendly. The routing program has been so valuable to me. I wish I had been using Badger Maps 3 years ago.

Cons

This product works so well I don't have any real complains. I have found customers using Badger that I am sure I would not have found without it.

Cons

Wish you could stack options. Didn't "not like" anything really.

Pros

Ease of entering orders and the ease of optimizing our routes has been beneficial to us. Saves us time for sure

Cons

Like to be able to save frequent stops without importing accounts. Also would like option to reverse routing or avoid certain types of roads. We have trucks not allowed on certain types of highways in our state and the software frequently routes us on those roads.

Im able to get to more contacts with their "places " feature" and stay more organized with their check in feature.

Pros

Being able to get to more potential clients in one day and making notes after every call with the check in feature. The weekly reports are great.

Cons

It doesn't integrate with Salesforce as I would like it to. I end up having to cut and paste from my weekly Badger report into Salesforce.

This app is incredible! I don't do sales, but use this app as a Clinical Coordinator for a school. I am able to find new sites for my students and track every contact I have as well as identify which sites are potential ones and which facilities are not options. The spreadsheet I generate each week makes tracking it all so easy!

Pros

It keeps all of my information organized and has increased my productivity.

Cons

No cons after 5 months.

I LOVE the route optimization and lasso function, and the ease of use on the interface. Its synch function seems to be timely as well

Cons

The inability to add bulk prospects to the app and program This is a killer that stops me from using this app and software 100%. I still have to use other programs for that

Badger makes my job easier. It saves me time by making routing quick. I can enter call notes from the great phone app. Badger's support and customer service has been excellent.

Pros

web-based, integrated with Salesforce, color-coding of time since last visit, ability to create and optimize routes.

Cons

Does not work on my company laptop, due to internal firewall settings. does not currently integrate with my SAP CRM.

Good route planning and account management. Easy to add notes and keep track of past/present/future visits

Cons

Basic version holds 60 accounts. Next step up is 3,000. Big gap, for both account numbers and price. I would love to see a middle version for individuals and independent contractors

Helps route, and view all accounts in an area. Also gives you the opportunity to customize and optimize accounts. This app saves time, and will make routing a lot easier!

Pros

Helps me easily input my partner data and plan my routes because it allows me to visualize where my sites are. Also integrates well with google maps.

Could have more ways to visualize the data and save certain data markers for visualization.

Use the trial to test the app, I really liked the integration you have with other applications and the calendar.

The ease of finding your routes from day to day scheduled customers.

Cons

I have not found a way to quickly add and drop single customer routes into another routing day without it being a process to update what customer best fits a certain route and day better.

Additional leads on map per style of business. Hooks up automajically to maps. Can sort by type. Support does follow up with what they can.

Cons

Need to be able to sort by ate ranges INCLUDING if I have zero check-ins. Also need more user friendly headings/how to find functions.

Pros

Routing and appointment time features . The ability to set appointment times and then optimize route accordingly

Cons

Reporting limitations. I would like to see reports based on how often I have coasted clients as well as who I have not seen for a certain period of time

I recently changed companies and was used to Salesforce as a CRM and routing tool. Badger maps is much more robust and the app is perfect for when I’m on the go. Huge time saver!

Cons

Can sometimes be glitchy. I often need to exit out and re open browser/app to get accounts to load.
