Having a central location for every lead and opportunity makes it very easy to stay organized and on track. Pros Badger maps is a great way to track what my sales reps are doing across the country. Having a one stop shop to pin leads, read notes and monitor their progress has been phenomenal. Their customer support is also very hands on and helpful. The Customer Success representative has been very responsive with answering all of my questions. It was very nice the rep took the time to hop on a video call to do a thorough walk-through and explain the filters on the heat map. Great customer service and quick email responses, highly recommend this platform. Pros It has been very useful using the heat map to track our accounts all over the U.S and to be able to filter to selected regions. Badger provides more insights for our team to better understand our business. It is great having the ability to download data reports directly from the site. The platform is very user friendly and can be customized exactly to your needs. Cons There are no cons I can think of. The Badger platform has been a great tool for our business. I just had a quick training and learned a lot of features I didn't know about. Well worth it. Pros The lasso option is amazing. Also being able to add multiple filter options really helps. Cons If there was someway to make it where when I do a check in on a saved route it would automatically update my remaining route with correct times.
