Overall, my experience with Highspot has been very positive. From an SDR perspective, it genuinely helps improve efficiency and keeps enablement content accessible without adding unnecessary complexity. It’s especially useful in fast-moving SaaS environments where campaigns, messaging, and collateral are constantly evolving. Having one central location for approved content makes day-to-day work much smoother and helps keep the team aligned. The platform is easy to navigate, integrates well into the broader sales workflow, and helps reduce time wasted searching for the right material during outreach or meetings. I can’t really comment too heavily on value for money, as I’m not across what the business is paying for the platform itself. Similarly, I haven’t had any real need to engage with customer support, mainly because I haven’t experienced any major issues while using it, which is probably a positive in itself. It’s not perfect, and it definitely relies on good internal content management to get the most out of it, but overall it’s been a reliable and genuinely useful tool in the sales stack.

Pros

The biggest positive is how easy it makes it to access relevant sales content quickly. In an SDR role, speed matters, and Highspot removes a lot of friction when you’re looking for the right deck, case study, or messaging during outreach or meetings. It also improves collaboration between sales and marketing teams because everyone’s aligned on the same content and campaigns. That consistency is valuable, especially in larger SaaS environments. The platform itself is clean, easy to navigate, and integrates well into the broader sales workflow without feeling overly complicated.

Cons

The biggest challenge is that the platform relies heavily on internal discipline to stay effective. If content owners aren’t actively maintaining it, things can become cluttered pretty quickly, and finding the “right” version of something gets harder. There are also times where search results can feel a bit too broad, particularly when there’s a lot of older content sitting in the system. From a value perspective, it’s only really worth the investment if adoption is strong across both sales and marketing teams.

What I liked most about Highspot was how intuitive and organized it made content management. Cons

At times, there could be so much content that it was difficult to keep everything perfectly organized. However, I appreciated that Highspot kept improving its search and tagging features it showed they listened to user feedback and continuously refined the experience.

Overall, Highspot gave us a meaningful step up in how we manage sales content and training. If you’re serious about enablement and willing to invest, it’s very good. If your team is smaller or budget leaner, you’ll want to check if you’ll use all its features.

Pros

I liked how it brought all our content, assets, training, playbooks, into one place and made sharing with reps easy. The analytics on what content was used or viewed helped us refine what mattered. The user interface was solid and our team adopted it fast.

Cons

I didn’t like the cost. It pushed our budget more than I expected. Also at times finding what you need in the library felt a bit less intuitive when the content volume got large.

Cons

The reporting on the usage of the materials is not easy to navigate or to customize. As we are looking at what works the data points exist but not always easy to get to.

Highspot has made it so much easier to link our proposal software to gmail to the client. It is an easy way to track info and I also love that it gives the analytics of opening, length of interaction, notifications of email/info interaction by the client. I doubt there is another product that can do what Highspot does-when it comes to efficiency, ease and functionality, this product is above average.

Pros

I love that it links to our proposal software and I can send my proposals directly to Highspot to load.

Cons

Organization of content. When I load a lot of new files and proposals, it is easy to let it get too full; making it difficult to stay organized.

Experience has been very good. It allows me to stay up to date on our products & services - making me a better resource to my customer & helping us expand their use of products/services with new sales.

Pros

I use Highspot all the time-almost daily. My company uses it as our source for internal & customer-facing product/service information. I find it very easy to use. I often download & save reference information for reference. I can bookmark a document/information to my content & I will automatically get a notification when an update is made. It helps me be a better resource to my customers & to my colleagues.

Cons

The way that my company uses Highspot, there is a lot of out-dated content. It would be easier to use if you had the ability to select multiple criteria for finding information/documents. (it may be available, but I'm not aware of it.)

Highspot is very powerful but we need our marketing team and sales enablement to build out more items in it.

Pros

The ability to make tailored pitches and a one stop shop for documents. Marketing can upload documents and decks and sales can grab that and create their own pitch to send to prospects. All our agreements are uploaded to Highspot so that sales can grab and have prospect sign prior to doing a deal with us. Easy to search for documents we need. It integrates with SFDC which is great because sales can all live in one place. Also very easy to use

Cons

The integration with sfdc isn't fully fleshed out. For example, if you add Highspot to the opportunity, you won't be able to search in it and you'll just get an error.

We have been using it as a centralize repository for competitive battle cards, which makes it easy to find and for the internal team to continue to update as they find more information

Cons

I was hesitant to use the software before because I was unsure of how easy or hard it might be to use. I am still undecided in that category.

6 months in and no cons come to mind - Highspot has features that similar competitors didn't have, and we've been very happy with our choice.
