I love how easy it is to track time across projects, campaigns, from SEO and content creation to ad management. For us, the ability to add billable rates and set project budgets is a must and I'm glad TMetric has both options. Also, detailed reports are vital for our workflow since we can see how much time is spent for each project and task and can use this informaiton for future estimates. Pros Easy to start/stop the timer, detailed reports, unlimited projects and clients, budget control, and expense tracking. It’s feature-rich without being overwhelming, secure, and priced fairly compared to others I tried. I don’t use all the collaboration options (since I mainly work solo), but I can see how great they’d be for teams. Overall, TMetric has made managing my time and projects far easier, and I wouldn’t switch to anything else at this point. Pros TMetric is solid. The time tracking is hands-down the best I’ve used: accurate, intuitive, and easy to manage across multiple projects. I also really appreciate the notifications (clear but not annoying), the project management tools, and the overall security. The customer support has been excellent too! Responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful when I had questions. There’s a ton of functionality built in, and even though I don’t use every feature, it’s nice knowing they’re there. Cons There’s a moderate learning curve, especially when you first start exploring all the settings and features. It’s not complicated - just takes a little time to get comfortable.
