At the end of the month, I go to the online version and I find all my projects and tasks laid out, in summary or detail form. I create my customer bills from this data. Pros T-Metric gives me a tool I can download to my laptop, plenty of choices for labeling projects and tasks, and a timekeeper that remembers what I am doing better than I do! When I forget there is a task running and there is a gap in activity, T-Metric asks what to do with the idle time- whether to include it in the task running or create a break. It did get a little confusing occasionally though. Cons It works best if you are working straight for a long period of time. Every time you pause the timer - even for just a minute - it creates a new time entry when you re-start it. I would often have a long list of time entries which just looks confusing. Tmetric is the best way to track how much time and money we spend on project. It is integrated with Trello, so in my weekly reports I can see what type of project took more or less time. Also it is helpful for my employees to get paid for working hours. I see work in T-metric - I pay :) Tmetric is nice, helpful and free tool for business! So easy to switch between projects when you move between task-to-task. We spent less time of time tracking and more time with programming. Pros I had used time tracker apps like pomodorio before i found tmetric. I got to know it from a class named learning how to learn. They introduced it as a new approach to track your activities. I as a programmer who knows.about AI may have some suggestions to fill some gaps i see which i'm working right now to.improve my ideas. One of them is to use a hybrid method between tracking activities with timers firmly and your approach which is relaxed about the length of time. March 27, 2019 4.0 Love the project wise time management and client collaboration tool. I found it is very easy to manage time and projects. The client can see what is been done on the project so both will be on the same page. Pros I am not that organised and need a tool to manage my work and time. I love simple software that just work. Tmetric solves a lot of my problem. Colaborating with client helps me to be same page all along the projects. Managing multiple project under one app is a grate feature. It solves lots of my problems very smartly. Cons I don't like the UI and it takes some time to load. For time tracking software updateing time is ~5 min +/-. Which is somewhat aqurate. This software has solved a lot of problems for our company. Our Virtual Assistant team uses this product to keep track of every task we take on. While we no longer bill our clients hourly, we still feel it's important to know what's going on internally. Thanks to TMetric, we can do just that! Pros Browser extension that works seamlessly with Asana workflow manager. You just can't get any better than that! Ive had the service go down a few times however with no notification if it was for maintenance or if it was unplanned.
