Enapps have made some nice improvements to it for us and they are in touch for excellent support. in the beginning i was wary of it being a timeous operation to use it for CRM but now i am positive about the package. Pros Easy to use when you know what to do, it gets better with time. Excellent product training and implementation support. All Enapps personnel we dealt with are very knowledgeable and friendly nice people to work with. Cons I would have liked the trainers to have run through the modules training documents with us before they started showing us the system so that we understood the concepts & terminology they use. So many of our tasks that used to take an hour or two, are now completed in as little as ten minutes. From an analytics perspective, information is easy to find and also, easy to put in a format which you require with very little issues, which in other systems this is not an easy task. I have found Enapps to be extremely beneficial to our company. Pros A lot of our processes are now automated, saving us time to do other tasks. Cons Once the VAT has been processed, you can't seem to change any information on an invoice, even if it does not affect the VAT aspect of the invoice. Its helped us drive real efficiency gains in our day to day processes, which has allowed us to grow without increasing head count. Admin based roles have been reduced, allowing us to focus on sales and improving customer service. Pros Prior to using Enapps, we were using separate systems and linking interfaces. Our processes were long-winded and inefficient. The Enapps platform has dramatically improved our process times, with the connectivity between modules meaning information is always easy to find. Enapps also offers great improvements on Sage, which has allowed us to really improve our stock management and ensure availability, with is critical in our market. What I also like is the platform never stands still - there are always updates and tweaks to improve the software, and some of our suggestions have gone into the core software to benefit all customers. Cons We were unable to migrate our data from our old CRM system, which meant it had to largely be recreated from scratch which was very time consuming, however this was more to do with the platform we were moving from than Enapps. Certain elements, like producing PDF documents, could be more user friendly and customisable.
