September 16, 2025 4.0 My overall experience with ISOlocity has been very positive, and I believe it provides excellent value for the price. The platform offers a comprehensive Quality Management System that could function as a complete, standalone solution for businesses. Since we integrated it with our existing system, the process hasn't been as seamless as it might have been for companies using it independently. He has always been quick to respond to any questions, gone above and beyond to assist with transferring files and data when issues arose, and has been an exceptional representative for ISOlocity. Pros I really appreciate how easy ISOlocity is to use. The platform's user-friendly interface makes navigating through all of its features simple and intuitive, which is a huge plus for our team. It is refreshing to have a compliance tool that doesn't require a steep learning curve and constant troubleshooting. The digitized time stamps are a great feature to demonstrate conformance and look great to customers and auditors when they review our system. Cons Some of the features are clunky, like the Document index doesn't sort in procedure # order, doesn't save once sorted, so every time you leave the screen and come back you need to do a re-sort. Flexibility, there are a lot of things that would be nice to edit to customize a screen, but they are often locked. " June 13, 2018 5.0 All data is shared in the same system, and I have access to it from anywhere by using my tablet or even my phone. All documents can be stored in the system, and anyone can have access to them. It is very helpful when being audited, because all data is inside, so it makes it much faster and auditors feel more confident that data is available and properly stored. It really reduces the audit time considerably. Pros It is very intuitive. You do not need much training from ISOlocity team to learn how to use it and is as well super easy to teach my colleagues how to run it. Being that simple, all my team got quickly encouraged to start using it, since they understood the great advantages of it. Cons There are some potential improvements on different modules, such as document control and audits. Since the ISOlocity team has continuous communication with my company for doubts, questions and feedback, we have already reported to them and, as ALWAYS, the team has shown great interest in these suggestions and some of them have even been implemented. Pros Isolocity is very well suited to our needs, it is the best application to help you obtain ISO certification, it is easy to handle and very practical. The system is user-friendly, flexible, and offers strong value compared to other eQMS platforms. The implementation process was smooth, and the support team was responsive and helpful throughout onboarding. Pros One of the biggest advantages of Isolocity is that all modules are included, unlike many other eQMS systems that charge separately for additional features. The price point is very competitive for what you receive. The onboarding and support teams were also excellent to work with throughout implementation. The user interface is clean, intuitive, and easy for employees to learn quickly. Cons At the beginning, the number of configuration options and adjustable settings felt a bit overwhelming. However, this was mainly because I wanted to ensure everything was set up correctly from day one to avoid having to backtrack later. " May 7, 2026 4.0 Overall, moving to Isolocity has been an extremely positive experience. The support team have been fantastic with the transition of documentation and answering all our questions. Any issues we have come across have been resolved in a timely manner and communication maintained at all times. The main benefit is the whole team at E&O feel comfortable using and the navigating Isolocity software. Pros The user friendly interface is the most positive aspect of Isolocity. The transition over has been easy to manage and the customer support has been excellent. The Document Management system is more easy to follow than our previous system The costing structure is more suited to our business needs and having unlimited users at the basic level as allowed for the training module to be rolled across the whole team. Cons Audit Management Module has taken longer to adjust and set up, it also doesn't flow as well as the other modules. It would be useful to have more customisation for some of the drop down menus currently locked. Our implementation plan was set for a period of 120 days. Went live with the system in just under 90 days. Pros This system is well designed and helps to ensure audit readiness when it comes to any certification system used. Our organization works with FAA and AS9100D certificates and both organizations have been impressed with how well the system was able to be integrated. Cons Based on our needs, there really has been nothing to report at this time. The system was able to separate the parent and supporting business units.
