Quality Systems Manager Pharmaceuticals Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Isolocity - 8 months in" October 28, 2025 5.0 The onboarding and training with Isolocity has been awesome. This is the 6th eQMS I have used, and the 3rd time I have been part of the implementation of the eQMS. \[sensitive content hidden\] has really been a vital asset to us for our implementation. I honestly don't think we could have done it without her. She was even so patient with us that she went through our PQ and suggested corrections and additions. That is just not the kind of service you get from a lot of eQMS providers. I give the Isolocity platform a 8.5 out of 10 and I give \[sensitive content hidden\] a solid 10 out of 10! Pros I think the customer support has been top notch. \[sensitive content hidden\] is always super responsive and extremely helpful. She is attentive and very patient with us which is very much appreciated. Cons I don't like the setup for document owners. I am used to having only one document owner. I don't like that someone has to be added as a document owner in order to make changes to the document. I am also noticing that Employee level users can't see things that I have assigned to them. I had to move them to a production level user in order for them to work on things that even they were the owner of. This did not quite fit the bill as a lot of it was still being developed. Not sure how it is now after a couple of years. Pros Good for quality management. Has many quality related modules that we like. The fact that it is web based/SaaS is good. Works with Mac or Android. Did a trial and the storage was based on pay per use and was tied to AWS. Can build forms and has a decent form builder. Cons At the time of evaluation, there were quite a number of items that were still being developed. September 16, 2025 4.0 My overall experience with ISOlocity has been very positive, and I believe it provides excellent value for the price. The platform offers a comprehensive Quality Management System that could function as a complete, standalone solution for businesses. Since we integrated it with our existing system, the process hasn't been as seamless as it might have been for companies using it independently. However, my experience with \[sensitive content hidden\] , our point of contact, has been outstanding. He has always been quick to respond to any questions, gone above and beyond to assist with transferring files and data when issues arose, and has been an exceptional representative for ISOlocity. Pros I really appreciate how easy ISOlocity is to use. The platform's user-friendly interface makes navigating through all of its features simple and intuitive, which is a huge plus for our team. It is refreshing to have a compliance tool that doesn't require a steep learning curve and constant troubleshooting. The digitized time stamps are a great feature to demonstrate conformance and look great to customers and auditors when they review our system. Cons Some of the features are clunky, like the Document index doesn't sort in procedure # order, doesn't save once sorted, so every time you leave the screen and come back you need to do a re-sort. Flexibility, there are a lot of things that would be nice to edit to customize a screen, but they are often locked. It allows us to move faster and find answers to our questions promptly. - Some weeks we needed to meet on a call more often than weekly and \[sensitive content hidden\] made sure to accomodate us to make it work. The software: - We are only 4 people using it for now but we liked the experience overall (aside from what I wrote under "cons"). -We managed to adapt our paper-based QMS to ISOlocity and most of the adaptations feel natural and more convenient than paper-based. - I highly value the level of customization that is made available to us to add/remove/edit most of the modules as needed Resources availabilities: - Our experience with \[sensitive content hidden\] has honestly been 10/10. She is very clear when she answers any questions we have and is readily available when we have questions over Teams chat. She really understands the software so she can explain with clarity when we have questions about modules. We are new to working on a QMS/eQMS and her background/experience on working with a QMS is very valuable to us. Among other many things, it really helped us to ensure we were well prepared for our 1st external Audit. - When we had MDSAP/ISO 13485 related questions, it was great to have the feedback of \[sensitive content hidden\] who also provided us with valuable information to carry our operations and to do well on our first external Audit. - We value the different forms/certifcates/SOPs that were made available to us upon request to help us to adapt to the eQMS. Cons We had some technical issues with the software. Some issues were simply us misunderstanding something, I am not referring to those. I am referring to issues we shared with isolocity (to confirm it's not a mistake from us and to check if there is a solution). These technical issues are unreseloved: - We cannot download blank versions (uncompleted) of our Templates. It always downloads completed versions - while completing Audits using a Template in the eQMS, both my colleague and I got disconnected from the eQMS nd although we made "saves" of our documents, we lost hours of work. - Templates: a) Maybe it's the way we use them, but the fact that once created, we cannot modify them by reuploading an Excel make them way harder to edit than a Word/Excel document. b) using Excel to mass-upload the rows of a template is great, but having to still manually add some features of the rows once imported (signatures, optional fields, different options to be filled by the user, etc) on ISOlocity is time consuming and discourages me from using more templates. It’s easy to use, scales well with our business and team. Document management and Quality Events modules have been the most valuable for us. Cons The Inspection module could be improved by linking inspections to a schedule or calendar, especially the activity one. Having automatic notifications or alerts for any missed or overdue inspections would make it much easier to stay on top of everything and avoid gaps. Pros The CAPA module is one of my favourites. All quality/ product safety incidents are in one place and you easily assign follow up tasks to collaborators from the same place. This has eliminated the need for spreadsheets and the issue of misplacement of paper reports. We also no longer worry about follow ups lost in emails. A huge improvement from the system we had before. Cons Currently, the editing of documents cannot be done within Isolocity. You can track in real-time if the employees records their production activities. All the events of a specific batch number can be search in one click. Very easy to build a complete batch record. Pros \-User friendly in production -Traceability is effective -Training management is automated -SOP Version control/change control is easy to use -Complaints, change control, non-conformance, OOS and deviations are already built in Cons \-PDF reports are unattractive and hard to read. -The person in charge of the implementation must be very comfortable with computers. Some features to be programmed required multistep. For example, training on an SOP required to create 4 different forms (Test builder, training program, document, training activity). Should be a linear process provide by the software. August 9, 2017 5.0 We were able to quickly get up and running, consolidate a great number of disjointed business processes and get real-time data and excellent reports. The software automation of tasks is also of great benefit. Pros The team at Isolocity are very supportive during the learning process and really spend the time to be sure that we transitioned effectively. The software is intuitive, well designed and captures everything we need without a huge learning curve and a long startup process. The Isolocity team has also made adaptations based on our feedback from usage of the product showing dedication to working with their customers to continuously improve. The fact that data is so readily accessible in dashboard format for all of our products and processes makes our decision-making process in quality management solid and efficient. CEO Pharmaceuticals Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Not Just Compliance, True Optimization" February 24, 2017 5.0 We went into this program with intentions to meet our industry's compliance standards, but ISOlocity has already re-defined our business. Even modest savings/loss-prevention projections indicate that the software and subscription fees are paying for themselves right out of the gate. Our employees love the interface, the accountability and above all else, the ability to snap photographs of "Corrective Action" processes. Even though we're just getting started, our executive team has already noted an increase in employee confidence. This software takes a lot (if not all) of the guess-work out of ISO processes and compliance. Customer support representative told us from day one, "you get out of it what you put into it" and that's exactly what we're experiencing. Even at a surface level, our processes have seemingly optimized themselves, but as we feed the program more data and add layers to our processes we see more refined metrics by the day and that's invaluable when it comes to business strategy. Our implementation plan was set for a period of 120 days. Went live with the system in just under 90 days. Pros This system is well designed and helps to ensure audit readiness when it comes to any certification system used. Our organization works with FAA and AS9100D certificates and both organizations have been impressed with how well the system was able to be integrated. Cons Based on our needs, there really has been nothing to report at this time. The system was able to separate the parent and supporting business units. The team has been very supportive in getting us up and going and has really helped us with any and all questions we have had thus far. Pros The ease of use of this product is what really helped make our decision to go with ISOLOCITY. Once we were able to pick and really dive into the software we right away knew this was the one. the use of the document management software is key for our business and has made the traceability and training very easy to manage. Additionally, the access to information across multiple companies make this very easy for us to manage. I would say that the over value for the money is there with this software. Cons I do wish there was a better way to contain the audit structure within the same view of the platform as going to a different page does make it a little difficult for the team. She was helpful, brilliant and delightful. Pros I find Isolocity to be so helpful in keeping documents and records up to date and changes organized. Especially training records, which for us, during our season of growth tends to be most tedious. Each morning I get a notification of items that need my attention, keeping me on target and achieving goals. Cons My only real dislike is the module naming scheme. I do not find the module names to be intuitive which caused me to have to hunt for where an item is. After sales support is very good, I appreciate the follow-up and quick response of my QA consultant that was assigned to our team. Pros The customer support for implementation was great, it is fairly easy to use. It is great for document management and CPARs. Cons There is not much room for customization as the program seems to be built for the food industry. Audit reports are limited as would like a score assigned to results instead of pass/fail and escalating from a non-conformance to a CPAR is duplicating the information, it should automatically transfer all the info over.
