### "Great support and great eQMS platform"

Great app with all of the basic requirements of a QMS and competitive pricing. Continuous support is the major advantage of Isolocity. Plus, it's a Canadian company!

Pros

The support from the consultant assigned to our implementation, she went above and beyond to help us, was very available and understanding and it had a major impact on the success of certification audits. The platform is user-friendly and I love the customization option.

Cons

Sometimes there are some bugs with the app, but the tech support reacts promptly. For our line of work, I wish there was a design module.

Overall, I have had a great experience with Isolocity and the Isolocity team. They are very responsive to questions I have.

Pros

I like how simple it is to use, and it is easy to navigate. Each module is easily understandable and standard from module to module.

Cons

There are some modules that are not intuitive to get to. The module in particular makes sense once you know where it is.

Pros

It's easy to develop- user friendly when you want to make interface changes. I also enjoy that any questions or request that I may have regarding developing the site is handled with quickness. The overall help of the ISO team is amazing.

Cons

There are some settings to the interface that you can't change but this is expected.

Pros

So many things! The system has been really easy to set up, is great to use, the support and set up training tools really useful. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been a super star and happily answers my questions.

Umm nothing! Every query I have around functionality or customizability has been answered to my satisfaction.

That it holds all the information needed in one secure location. It is GMP validated which is also a huge plus for us at thia stage.

Cons

Some of the templates/activities are confusing. The product section also doesnt work easily with our product catalogue.

### "QMS Monitoring Made Easy "

Isolocity has helped us reduce the amount of physical records and the amount of time spent updating spreadsheets.

Pros

The CAPA module is one of my favourites. All quality/ product safety incidents are in one place and you easily assign follow up tasks to collaborators from the same place. This has eliminated the need for spreadsheets and the issue of misplacement of paper reports. We also no longer worry about follow ups lost in emails. A huge improvement from the system we had before.

Cons

Currently, the editing of documents cannot be done within Isolocity.

### "Managing your Data Storage"

Isolocity solved our data storage and data retrieval issues. We are able to move our SOPs along our quality management cycle with ease. The data is easily retrieved and manipulated to suit our needs at the company.

Pros

The customer service at ISOlocity is superb. The agents are easily reached easy to talk to and respond in reasonable time. This way your work flow is not delayed. They also check in on you if they have not heard from you in a while to ensure that everything is going well. They facilitate training and make suggestions on how we can better utilize the services of Isolocity.

Cons

Some features are not readily user friendly, but like most software, after training they are usable.

### "Excellent Return on your Spending for an eQMS"

Overall, using Isolocity has had a huge positive impact on our company's day-to-day. CAPAs are easy to navigate, change controls are easy to find. Much improved over our old paper systems. Plus, the customer service is out of this world. Anytime I send a question, it's answered promptly. If I have a suggestion, the Isolocity team will submit it to their developers. It's truly fantastic and the best customer service I've experienced with an eQMS.

Pros

The software offers an abundance of features at an incredibly affordable price. It's exceptionally user-friendly and intuitive to navigate.

Cons

Some features do work in a way that personally it took some time to wrap my mind around. Review system for documents is not currently working.

Reason for choosing Isolocity

Quite frankly, it was the cost. Most of these systems evaluated offered the same functionality, but Isolocity was available at a fraction of the cost of these other programs. Having used several of the alternatives, I am completely satisfied having selected Isolocity.

Great program, and a great team to work with!

Pros

It was easy to set up, it's easy to maintain, they are validated and certified and the staff has been amazing to work with. We required a lot of customization and training, and \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team have been absolutely amazing in this.

Cons

I do not use the program very frequently anymore to answer this properly. From my understanding most of our issues have been solved/fixed.

Isolocity keeps us honest when maintaining our internal SOPs. Not only with the internal training tutorial to use the tutorial, but followups from their customer success representatives weekly to ensure we have the support we need. CAPA, alerting, version control of SOPs and release forms are all easily done in Isolocity.

Pros

As mentioned in the title, customizability of training, forms, and dashboards are extremely useful for making adoption of Isolocity for our internal team.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. It's well built and customizable to our processes, so there is little to complain about.

### "Central piece to us getting ISO 9001"

ISO certification came through using the app and we now have a high quality QMS in place that assures our customers that we're doing the right things with their products.

Pros

Has everything you need to get ISO certified and does a great job of keeping that side of the business running smoothly. We just got recertified and Isolocity was a big part of that happening.

Cons

Not the cheapest tool, but given how specialized it is and how much it matters to us to have a quality system managed properly its worth it.

Our shop was more than capable of being AS9100/ISO certified. However, bringing all the necessary documents and managing them would be a nightmare. ISOlocity did exactly what we're dreading to do. Brought all our documents together, keeping track of all necessary action items such as CARs, calibration, part inspection and so on. Finally have more time to do more work than just manage quality

Pros

Efficient, user friendly, keeps everything in one place, over the internet which means it's accessible from anywhere around the world. Keeps your drawings, parts characteristics, notes. Generates orders (which we use as work orders). Alerts you when it's time to calibrate or check equipment, keeps all necessary documents for AS/ISO online plus keeping track of all KPI's such as quality and delivery performances. It's easier to use it and see for yourself than to explain in a paragraph

Cons

After you save anything, you get a green/red banner on top to let you know that it's been saved/not saved. The banner pushes everything on the page down so you have to be careful not to click something and then the banner disappears (which causes everything to shift up again)

I have been using Isolocity for 2 years now and it has made tracking in house inspections and receiving inspections efficient and robust. We have seen a drop in our scrap inventory as isolocity makes tracking returned parts and corrective actions easy. Audits are more easy to prepare for with isolocity as everything is documented in the software itself. I am looking forward to the new features and updates on Isolocity to make it even better!

Ease of use and efficient documentation for auditing.

Cons

Sometimes takes time to load data when logging in different browsers

All data is shared in the same system, and I have access to it from anywhere by using my tablet or even my phone. All documents can be stored in the system, and anyone can have access to them. It is very helpful when being audited, because all data is inside, so it makes it much faster and auditors feel more confident that data is available and properly stored. It really reduces the audit time considerably.

Pros

It is very intuitive. You do not need much training from ISOlocity team to learn how to use it and is as well super easy to teach my colleagues how to run it. Being that simple, all my team got quickly encouraged to start using it, since they understood the great advantages of it.

Cons

There are some potential improvements on different modules, such as document control and audits. Since the ISOlocity team has continuous communication with my company for doubts, questions and feedback, we have already reported to them and, as ALWAYS, the team has shown great interest in these suggestions and some of them have even been implemented.

Excellent. Very professional in the presentation and rollout.

Pros

The application has the modules needed to complete ISO 2015 in a step by step simple manner. Reps helped us through our transition to 2015 and were always available to questions we had. I have no issues recommending ISOLOCITY to anyone needing software for their ISO requirements.

Cons

It is not a dislike but a web based tutorial may help for FAQ or a how to for refresher courses during the year.

I deffenitly say that working with the supporting staff from the Isolocity team has been a pleasure! I'd recommend it to anyone! The online training was very helpful, and the software very easy to use which is very helpful in my case due to the company being in Mexico and most of the people on my team aren't fluid in English so it was a learning process but surprisingly painless.

It's not paper and it's organized

That it doesn't do all my other jobs for me too.

Pros

Isolocity is very well suited to our needs, it is the best application to help you obtain ISO certification, it is easy to handle and very practical. The care team is very available and friendly, they help you in whatever you need.

Cons

The use of this tool has been phenomenal. Something expensive but it's worth it.
