La semplicità nell'utilizzo con un'interfaccia grafica molto intuitiva, comodo per le connessioni a distanza ed il monitoraggio. Anche la possibilità di testare il prodotto prima di acquistarlo con la versione prova.

Cons

In assoluto non ho riscontrato problematiche sull'utilizzo del software.

Sygma Connect è stata una piacevole sorpresa. La semplicità d’uso e la velocità di connessione sono state una rivelazione. Per lavoro ci imbattiamo spesso in software della stessa tipologia, e possiamo dire con certezza che Sygma Connect non ha nulla da invidiare ai ben più blasonati software “leader” del settore, il tutto ad un prezzo estremamente competitivo.

Pros

Interfaccia molto intuitiva e velocità della connessione, con pochi click si è subito operativi. Il servizio di supporto, quando è stato necessario richiederlo, si è mostrato competente e risolutivo.

Cons

La mancanza di un app mobile. Operare da smartphone e tablet è una caratteristica a cui non possiamo rinunciare. Confidiamo nell'efficienza del Team di sviluppo.

Pros

Utilizzo immediato e software veloce. Un po' macchinoso inseire gli utenti nella rubrica, ma cmq abbastanza rapido. Si potrebbe magari implemantare una registrazione tramite codice token

Cons

ci sarebbe da migliorare un po' la gestione RMM. L'impostazione degli avvisi è troppo macchinosa. Sarebbe utile almeno avere un wizrd per inserire gli alert più usati (alert CPU, RAM, disco, riavvii inaspettati)

Sono molto soddisfatto del prodotto, che mi aiuta a fornire assistenza alle aziende in modo rapido e funzionale. Il costo è competitivo rispetto ai big player del settore

Il prodotto si integra perfettamente con i sistemi Win, MAC e Linux, si apre in un click, possibilità di eseguirlo senza installarlo.

Cons

Manca ancora (ma so che è in fase di realizzazione) la possibilità dio mostrare videata nera all'utente e bloccare la tastiera e mouse dell'utente.

La possibilità di gestire la quasi totalità delle risorse cloud mie e dei miei clienti. Con un unico pannello creo, configuro e controllo server, backup, domini, posta.

Poco da segnalare, anche perchè non utilizzo tutte le funzionalità gestionali (contratti, ticket) che gestivo già con altri sistemi
