Pros I like the ability to customise the applications and tailor them to our processes, so they fit the way we work. Cons Not very user-friendly. It takes too many clicks to move from one section to another, which makes navigation feel cumbersome. The app does have a thesaurus of its own. We used to just track audits at an overall audit level. Now I have specific tracking for each test in the audit and the obligations they link to, so I can get much better insights. Pros I like that LogicGate is organized, structured, and customizable. I can pretty much make my workflows work however best fits my use case. The data is very accessible and I can easily build reports for exactly what I need. Cons I don't really dislike anything per se, but the con to a high level of customization is that you have to keep your work flows up to date. It can be cumbersome to make a change when you have to also make it repeatedly across all the different steps of your workflow. Logicgate does have features built in to help make this easier though, like copy/paste in the workflow step builder. Review Source Michael H. Pros I use LogicGate for vendor management, and it gives me a user-friendly way to create reports, dashboards, and databases for our vendors. I like that power users can build and create our own workflows, with the freedom to make them the way we want and more capabilities across the system. Spark AI has also made our work more efficient and effective. Pros I like the automation Logicgate provides; it has improved our controls and compliance processes. Cons I’d like the option to use concatenation fields for both assessments and re-assessments. Used the software for: 1-3 years ### "Smooth, Customizable, and Responsive Support—But Limited Features and Confusing Pricing" October 28, 2026 3.5 Having a centralised GRC repository that everyone can use has been really helpful. It also allows us to interconnect different GRC activities (risk and compliance, for example), which makes the overall process more coherent. The main benefit is that it helps us be better prepared when audits come up, and it lets us produce reporting faster—at least for some reports. Pros Once you understand how the application logic and workflows work, it becomes fairly easy to use. The support we’ve received from the KAM and the Support team has generally been quick and responsive. The platform itself runs very smoothly and fast, without long loading screens. I also appreciate that the tool is highly customizable, which makes it easier to adapt to our needs. Also, the UI became cleaner and easier to understand with the latest changes of this year. Cons By far, the biggest issue for me is how limited the tool is in terms of features. My team has already collected several pages of confirmed limitations. For example, it’s crazy to me that you can’t apply a real-time filter on dashboards when using table reports. I also find the pricing confusing and not ideal, because charging discretionally based on the number of applications can discourage the desire to create new workflows and, as a result, to embed more and more into the LogicGate ecosystem. Instead of GRC being predominantly about maintaining registers, spreadsheets and chasing updates, LogicGate gives us structured workflows with defined ownership and an auditable record of what has happened. Logicgate enables us to record, assess, communicate, mitigate and streamline risk management, audit compliance and data-processing activities. Pros LogicGate gives us one configurable place to turn our governance processes into repeatable workflows, with clear ownership, evidence, actions and reporting, rather than relying on spreadsheets, emails and separate trackers. Cons Hardly anything. LogicGate is highly configurable and gives us considerable flexibility, but that flexibility comes with complexity as your workflows grow and so does your reliance on your build admins. Pros The software tool is very flexible for creating data structures and workflows. Our assigned administrators are empowered to create or modify many aspects of the tool for our own purposes and needs. This includes adding users with specific roles and access levels, modify data structure, modify workflows, change screen layout formats, and add notification jobs. The tool reports can show visual and table outputs for data analysis of content in many ways and can be exported out as well. Cons As LogicGate is relatively new company, this software tool has a few minor limitations for our specific needs. These limitations have been easily worked around with different options for solving, and LogicGate has already added many features that companies have requested. The company and software continues to grow and expand with periodic release updates and additional functionality.
