April 4, 2025 5.0 Simplifying our governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) procedures has been made possible by LogicGate Risk Cloud. We can customize workflows to meet our unique risk management requirements thanks to the platform's flexibility. Compliance tracking is much more effective thanks to its automation features, which drastically cut down on manual labor. Even non-technical users can easily navigate the interface thanks to its intuitive design. Even though the initial setup required some time, the support staff at LogicGate was very helpful in helping us navigate the process. The system functioned flawlessly after everything was set up. Efficiency is further increased by the platform's integrations with other business tools, which guarantee smooth data flow throughout our security and compliance ecosystem. All things considered, LogicGate Risk Cloud is a reliable GRC solution that offers value; my only wish would be for it to have more sophisticated reporting and analytics capabilities. I think the user experience for the end user is very simple, especially with the Reimagined Records feature, as it simplifies the view into a linear and streamlined one. Cons I think the biggest one is the API, the documentation can be improved, and the error messages should be more comprehensive. August 4, 2023 5.0 Risk Cloud has been a delight to use...and i have never said that about a risk management software before. The team are incredible, friendly and extremely helpful. My favourite part is...nothing is impossible. Every feature I have wanted has either been available or been on the list of features being developed. Can't rate it highly enough. Pros I have used a number of risk management systems over my career and Risk Cloud is by far the best. The customisation of workflows, the automation of reminders, the ability to not just look at risk management but also, incident management, audit actions, compliance adherence...the list goes on. The forums and community within the forums means finding how to do something is easy and if that fails, the technical account manager is on hand to help guide you through whatever problem you may be facing. Cons Risk Cloud can seem daunting as a new user, and the power user training will give you the basics but you may still feel a bit lost. As time moves on, I am getting more involved in different areas of the system, as user and as a power user. Pros The ease of use, the functionality, and the ability of the system. One thing I like most about Risk Cloud is the customer support from our TAM. If we are unsure of something, we just ask the question - and our TAM has always been able to deliver on our requests - nothing ever seems too much trouble!Another feature I really like is the role based home screens recently brought in. It is so good to be able to personalise home screens based on roles - and being a user of the system myself, it makes it easier on the eye only seeing things that are applicable to me in my role. Cons Before role based home screens, toggling between the different applications to see what I wanted to see was a little annoying, however, as mentioned above, role based home screens have solved this problem now! Pros The no-code building. The product is easy to learn and use. Cons There is a bit of work to do in the reporting side. The ability to customize, color and make detailed calculation fields does not make it a stand-alone product, however the Power-BI integration has made more advanced reporting and calculations easier. The new features have a high cost. Once you sign up for the basic product there are quite a few add-ons (such as integrations) to the product at a hefty cost. My suggestion would be to allow all customers to use these features when they sign up. Paying for more use of the tool seems absurd when you already have a substantial cost to sign up in the first place. Review Source MM Matt M. Being able to collect metrics as needed and construct dashboards within a moments notice. Cons Waiting to determine if there is a size restraint based on the number of vendors we would like to add to the platform. Eliminate reliance on spreadsheets and emails to track audit and compliance activities " March 28, 2020 5.0 The LogicGate procurement, implementation and now support process has been amazing. The support team is unbelievable. Pros LogicGate is easy to use, flexible, and has many great features. It's perfect for smaller or large corporate environments. We use the tool for 3 key departments right now: Audit, Compliance & Ethics and Business Continuity. We automated several processes that previously required a lot of manual touch points and constant human follow up with emails and spreadsheet tracking. All that is gone - automated! Our teams and our business users love the changes. We use it as a document repository, workflow automation for business request and updates, risk assessments, open issue tracking, etc. Very easy to use with drag and drop functions and the LogicGate support team is amazing. So responsive and helpful. Cons No cons from my point of view. It is a fairly new software, so the LogicGate team is actively taking customer feedback and updating their product. Many features we requested have now been added for all users. March 21, 2024 4.0 Pros LogicGate is an industry leading tool that enables an organization to document, analyze and associate risks across multiple GRC pillars allowing for an organizational view of risk. Cons The flexibility that the tool offers requires a completely customizable implementation but with that comes complexity. While the tool offers the necessary reporting to calculate risk, we found dashboarding will be better in an outside tool. Reason for choosing LogicGate Risk Cloud I was not involved in the decisioning process.
