It makes it really easy for us to find suitable candidates with relevant experience. **Cons:** The resumes showcased are usually outdated and the candidates are no longer interested in any position. The database should be updates daily or at least weekly. The candidates should be aware of their resumes being put up to be reached out by recruiters because we often get irritated candidates desperately wanting to get their names "off the list".
