Loyalty Prime was able to meet out customer requirements and the implementation using the Prime Cloud API was easy done and successful running after a very short project time. The customer integration runs very stable.

Pros

The Loyalty Prime software came up with a very high flexibility within the system setup process. We needed to have a special system setup for our customer having deep product structures.

Cons

Documentation could be more & easy to understand for non-IT colleagues.
