Comments: The sales associate, Danny, was very informative and detailed about the software; what info on the system he provided has been accurate to date. Charla, our implementation manager, has been responsive and patient. Clearly her goal is to get DrChrono implemented effortlessly for us and in a timely fashion; we appreciate having that level of support.

Pros: * DrChrono is an Apple Enterprise partner * user friendly for patient and provider * comprehensive pricing, not ala carte' * real time EHR, cloud based

Cons: * as to be expected, creating customized templates is time-consuming, however the implementation process is itself is relative quick * IT support is available by email/chat submission. IT will call back quickly, which avoids being placed on hold for long period of time, however not having a "800" number to call takes some getting used to. I must admit though, the IT department is quick to respond once a request for help is submitted * the company is on west coast hours; our practice is east coast. Not so much a con, just a small inconvenience

It was easy to get up and running and add as we learned new features.

Comments: There's a lot about our office that is not typical, so we were not typical to get implemented at all! customer service was so accommodating and flexible every step of the way.

Pros: Web-based. Fantastic support. Ability to open multiple tabs. Glad that they changed some of the form-building items. The ability to add a "wide" field is great.

Cons: Limitations for some of the form-building. For example, there is no choice to select "him/her". There is a "his/her", but those are two different forms of speech.

Comments: I have used this platform for years in a small, low-volume one-practitioner office. It is one of the few platforms that I have used over 3 decades of practice that actually provides what it sets out to do.It's extreme versatility sometimes makes it seem overly complex, but customer service is ALWAYS there to help and with some exploration, experimentation, and guidance from customer service it is not difficult to make it do EXACTLY what you want it to do.

Pros: What I like most about this platform is its all encompassing nature that it provides and its extreme versatility. It keeps the schedule, documentation, case notes, images, does patient billing and even patient contacting and emailing. It is EXTREMELY versatile and useful.

Comments: Out of many EHRs this is by far a great product...... Very pleased

Pros: Very user friendly, no elaborate interface. It is a very simple layout and design, and you are able to build it the way you choose.

Cons: Sometimes the connection to the cloud is slow, but rarely. That aside, just move to place that has a stronger signal. IPad wireless.

Comments: I am migrating to Practice Fusion, as the implementation seems similar in most ways, and the cost of this system combined with the extreme difficulty (relatively) in retrieving information is slowing down my practice and therefore revenue. I don't recommend this other than its use as an expensive computer game.

Pros: Functions decently as a data entry EHR. I used this on a mac and iPad and I could document what I needed to after a lot of customization. Being html based, this is really portable and functions well on multiple devices fluidly.

Cons: Retrieving data is hard. For example, a patient calls, and the receptionist needs to look up the patient's history. This takes several types and clicks, and seems so buried into the system that it is an afterthought. When I think of a patient's history, I need it a click away. What I did to them and why they came to me needs to be immediately available. The slow-down due to drchrono is really significant, and led me to terminate my contract after one year of use, despite the pain in the @$$ of migrating systems. Navigating through a patient chart on the iPad is really hard. Navigating to the patient's history to retrieve past notes is even harder than on the computer. The inefficiency in this is really significant. The price is very high for what you get when compared to free options and even cheaper options.

Pros: The macros are easy to use and simple to customize. Very good for physicians that use Apple products and want to make the clinics they work in very streamlined. Also, patients love to be handed an Ipad instead of a clipboard for on-boarding.

Cons: Not for clinics that use Microsoft software. I would recommend only using Apple technology if you were going to implement Dr Chrono. It was designed to be used on Ipads and it would be very difficult if your entire office was Microsoft oriented and you bring in this new software.

Overall: Patients feel as if our office is up-to-date, using only the latest technology. Really good for developing high quality value in the patient, even before they are treated.

Comments: Customer service and implementation specialists are very helpful. Training is thorough and recorded for reference.

Pros: Templates are much easier and faster to build than in other EHRs. OnPatient and the completely automated kiosk make the check-in process completely paper- and scan-free. This has been great for a solo-practitioner.

Cons: Scheduler isn't great. It's nice that reminders are included, but the scheduler itself isn't as functional as other programs. Some features I am paying for (eRx and lab integration) continue to not work for me, which were key reasons why I paid more for my plan. Fax system is clunky and not very useful.

Pros: DrChrono EHR very easy to use and quick to implement. It comes with a ton of premade templates that you can use as is or modify to your needs.

Cons: The software is limited in certain functionality. We sell packages of care and I haven't found a good way to track where people are in the care plan. I'd also like an easy place to insert reminders for certain patients future visits.

Comments: This EMR is by far the best I have used and trialed. I went with Dr. Chrono because of the great user interface and ease of use. We are a walk-in urgent care clinic and dont bill insurance so we don't use the billing functions but it does everything we need it to. The lab and eRX integration is amazing and saves a lot of time for my staff! Very highly recommend!

Pros: Awesome user interface, works with iPad & iPhone, very simple to train my staff to use! The lab (Quest) Integration works really well.

Cons: Not built for walk-in clinics. Pt. must have appointment first in order to use ipad Kiosk which does add a step but overall not too many cons.

Comments: Overall, I'm very happy with the system. None of the chiropractic EHR is perfect. I've used 3 other companies and countless of demos over the last 10 years, but DrChrono is by far the best EHR of all. I also like that it is constantly updating the system.

Pros: The software allow you to create templates however you like. You can share your templates among other DrChrono users or download their templates. Clearinghouse is very easy to use with great user interface. Patient scheduling is super easy. The live eligibility check system is great. Patients like on-line scheduling.

Cons: I occasionally experience software glitches, but the software techs quickly respond to our call and fix within few hours or days. Monthly price is higher than other competitors, but you are paying for the better quality of the system and services you'll receive. You also have to sign a year contract.

Pros: Tons of different options and features. Notes are completely customizable. Customer support is great. Being able to access my notes from anywhere there is internet access is awesome. The Ipad apps for Dr Chrono seem to work pretty well.

Cons: The note builder system is too cumbersome to use efficiently. I spent hours tweaking my notes to get them just the way I wanted, so although I ended up getting what i wanted, it took far too long to realize my ideal notes and procedures in my office. The system is not well set up for Chiropractic offices, but rather more of a traditional medical office which may have been why there was so much effort needed to get things set up. I had to create several work-arounds to make the system work for an office that sees patients more often and for different reasons than a medical office. The integrated point of sale system is not competitively priced and not very conducive to multiple visit care plans, so I had to outsource that portion of my business with a company called Fortis.

Pros: I love the bulk appointment feature. Love that it auto saves in case you have to leave something undone, it is still there. Like the compatibility it has with iPad.

Comments: I am switching to eClinicalWorks because this software cost me a lot of money, headache, frustration, and time. I do not recommend it for groups with more than 5 PCPs.

Pros: It¿s looks pretty, has pretty coloring, iPad application not too bad. Cheap. Meaning you get what you pay for.

Cons: Where do I start¿ first of all, this is the WORST software I¿ve EVER used. 1) Two people cannot be in the same account. And if you are, ALL of your notes disappear into thin air. 2) The speech to text feature is useless 3) The reporting function is inoperable. It crashes if the report is too big. And you cannot customize it to your liking and you have to wait for it to be in the message center. 4) Their online support is A JOKE. They cannot help you 50% of the time from the start. 5) The whole platform constantly crashes without any warning and they leave you stranded without prior notice 6) They need to market to small PCP groups only, this software is not made for other specialties 7) Their onboarding training is a waste of time. Their trainers have no clue what the provider does on daily basis. 8) They only do API interphasing and they don¿t do it themselves. You have to go through a 3rd party and pay tons of money for it. 9) Their template construction is too cumbersome. It actually takes you less time to free type rather than follow their note template 10) Everything is done based on appointments. So, you need to document outside of that, you cannot.

Cons: The reports feature should allow more customizable filters when generating reports. The amount of tabs open is sometimes excessive because each click opens the page in a new tab. There is no notification when more than one person is editing the same clinical note at the same time.

Pros: The cloud based EHR makes it so convenient. The app works really well for on the go. Very intuitive.

Cons: The template can be a little messy when you have patients that cancelled and they remain visible on the schedule.

Comments: DrChrono has some great benefits and has the ability to collect/gather all the data we need, but sometimes the navigation takes a couple extra steps to get to the final page we're looking for. Time is money, and every time I have to add extra steps navigating through the pages, it's taking away from time that can be productive.

Pros: Ability to collect all the important demographics needed to maintain accurate data for each patient. Easy access while working remotely from the office. Convenient way to change dates and times for appts that need changed, or altered.

Cons: Seems to be a couple "extra steps" needed to get to the exact page I'm looking for. Having to actually click on the "All appointments" tab in order to get the other features such as demographics, documents, tasks, etc. The biggest con for me is when dragging the mouse icon across the screen, all the "pop-ups" or the "drop down" options that come up are more of nuisance than a benefit. Once you have opened up a patient's "appointment" tab, we don't have a full calendar on that page that can also demonstrate what other dates/times are available in the future.

Comments: These guys are a world class team. You'd think I was related to them or something the way this review reads. However, I am not. I run a medical practice and it's challenging to find people who will bend over backward for you and give good and reliable info. This team does it reliably and it doesn't matter who I am talking to, the answers I get are consistent and helpful.

Pros: I like that we can make it do anything in any way. Having an open API that gives us the ability to find apps to integrate or build what we need gives us everything possible. Combine that with a really responsive team and a sales crew that really worked with us and I'm not sure I could have asked for much more.

Cons: Some of the native fields are not quite customizable. However, being able to have access to the data to pull it to other places makes it not really matter all that much.

My experience has been pretty good.

Comments: I feel the program would be much better in time, it just needs improvements all around that hopefully will eventually be implemented.

Pros: The program is slightly better than our previous program in that it does not freeze ALL of the time.

Cons: There are times it does not load quickly. Too many screens open at one time. If someone else is in a chart at the same time it does not update what you are updating and will delete the information. The schedule template can be confusing. The city and zip codes for addresses do not match up. A swiper for the credit cards would be more helpful.

Comments: We have enjoyed every bit of our transition to DrChrono from a server based EHR. They have been accommodating, thorough and incredibly kind as our team of 30 learns a whole new way. We are big fans of drchrono EHR and the whole drchrono team!

Pros: Cloud based; awesome support team and thorough onboarding; comprehensive reporting; intuitive interface; fast workflow for intake and documentation; comprehensive revenue cycle management; credentialing support for new MD's

Comments: awesome EMR that is continually improving. Wish they had more native English speakers on their support staff.

Pros: Great overall value. Sky is the limit in terms of customizing your workflow and experience. Great implementation. Love the UI and easy to use iPad app. Hands down the best EMR.

Cons: There are a few simple things they should be able to fix: i.e. Allow customization with the online scheduler, overall the payment experience (for copays and in office payments). Some stuff seems half baked but can easily be fixed. Problems with all EMRs is that you have smart engineers that work on the product that have never actually stepped foot in a doctors office.

Comments: Fancy on the surface, but a hellish ordeal once you actually start using it. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Pros: The sales team is great. They make a lot of promises. The practice management side - scheduling in particular - is well thought out. Reports are customizable, lots of options here.

Cons: During your sales call, FORCE them to demonstrate what you're looking for. We received numerous, "and then you'd just click this and it would work." "You'd just click this item (in a template) and it would do this fancy thing." Unfortunately, the thousands of promised templates do not exist. Template tools are very, very weak. Calculations (if statements) are not possible. Implementation was nightmarish. They have literally (I asked) no written plan for implementation, which drags the implementation out interminably - making it very costly. Tech support is outsourced to a foreign country. "I'm unable to log in to my account from any computer from any browser," was my issue. "Have you tried clearing the browser cache?" was the response.

Comments: We are a large office with a large amount of questionnaires and forms and work flow processes to upload into drchrono. We ended up needing at least 6 weeks to implement, and that was with a physician working on the system part-time (and seeing patients the other half of the time) and three managers working on it when available.

Pros: EXTREMELY customizable and the easiest EMR to use for the front office staff when it comes to scheduling, taking payments, and making new patient charts. We have heard from others that if you are transitioning from paper to EMR, this was the one to choose. We could see that even before the advice was given. Every step is very intuitive and the programmers and designers made every task only about 2-3 clicks away. EASY AND FAST chart noting

Cons: Our office has special needs which Drchrono can allow for better than any other EHR, but we sill require further specifications. We are a cash only practice, but it would be nice to have the option, help, or guidance towards what level exam was performed.

Comments: Outside of the EHR this software had the best set up of the 10 or so I did demos on. The EHR is not set up well initially but the ability to create your own forms make it possible to maximize the efficiency by matching it exactly to your office and workflow. However if you aren't a tech savy person you may want to go with a chiro specific software that will be better set up out of the box.

Pros: I chose this software for many of the admin tools and a lot of the "extras" I was looking for such as patient portal, online scheduling (only software I found that fit my needs here) and liked the ipad / iphone compatibility. It is very customizable which suited what I as looking for as I am pretty particular.

Cons: It takes a lot of setting up on the EHR end of the software. The base forms are not really for chiros and they then rely on the library other users have submitted forms to. These I found to be out of date and not really suited to the level of documentation needed for todays compliance requirements. So in short it is not a software that will flow well "out of the box" but will need some up front work to create forms specific to your clinic. The good new is this is a pretty straight forward process. The other con is that the "check in" is not really suited to repeat office visits in a chiro office but more suited as an initial visit on boarding.

Comments: I credentialed new doctors and have been paying for them to use Dr. Chrono for almost 6 months now. I have had nothing but problems submitting and getting paid for their claims with NO HELP from Dr. Chrono.

Pros: The system is easy to change notes and re format. They have an app that you can write notes and dictate on.

Cons: Customer service is absolutely horrendous. I would never recommend this product just because of the poor quality of customer support alone. Also, the billing and credentialing of new doctors is made very confusing and they do not give you proper information because they want you to use their billing service.

Pros: The fact that it can be used on iPads, iPhones and mac computers. We like the fact that other software can incorporate into it.

Cons: Lacking major features that other vendors are already heavily using from Prior Auths to decent marketing and/or patient communication modules. Patient portal and scheduling are horrible. Support is beyond horrible.

Comments: This still feels like a relatively young product with great potential. The price is very appealing. There are lots of bugs in the system and kinks that need to get worked out. It can be a challenge to get through to folks who know what they are talking about. The basic support is only good for incredibly simple things. If a bug in the software is detected, it can be a nightmare to get through to the right person to actually correct the problem.

Pros: -Ease of changing documentation templates on the fly- I can update the way my practice documents quickly and easily -Cheap -Relatively intuitive user interface -Simple platform does not require extensive training for new users -Growing and developing product: drchrono has made consistent updates and improvements in the last year, and I expect them to continue to improve over time.

Cons: -It is difficult as an administrator to "push" customizations such as medication favorites or folder structures for tasks being worked by back office staff to users. You have to log in as the user to make these kinds of updates for each staff member. -There is limited ability to link and report on data inside of the clinical note. -There is no calculating of scores (such as PHQ9 or other screening tests). You must manually calculate and enter scores. -The workflows of practice staff have not really been well considered. It is a challenge to audit which data has been entered for a clinic visit by the nurse or by the prescriber. Back office tasks such as referrals, prior auths, etc are not well supported. -Too many "clicks"; too much screen shifting: You often end up with 3-4tabs open at a time and have to click back and forth between screens to get the information you need for a single patient.

Very positive, lots of support from Dr. Chrono staff.

Pros: Simple, easy to learn, neat, and tidy. Great for small practices. Very straight forward and logically laid out.

Cons: Not tailored to larger practices with multiple specialists and multiple facilities. Appointment templates need to be structured differently to accommodate larger practices that utilize multiple buildings.

Comments: If you're looking for an EMR system that is easy to use with a pleasant interface that lets you customize each note to each patient situation in a very efficient manner, then give Dr. Chrono a try.

Pros: The accessibility and portability of the product are the greatest features. I can find any information about any current patient instantly. The templates are also extremely useful and if you put time into developing them as you like, you will definitely reap the benefits.

Cons: I do wish the software came with a feature that could convert CPT to ICD 10 codes and perhaps vice versa.

Comments: I like that they pay attention to suggestions and they are VERY polite and courteous. They always have a very pleasant attitude, very optimistic and helpful. Whenever I am addressing a concern, I feel that they pay attention and try to solve it if they can. The fact that they don't have a phone number doesn't concern me. My former EHRs DID have a phone number but you would wait on hold for 10 minutes before anyone picked up and then you'd just have to leave a message for the right person to call you back. DrChrono is very quick to respond to emails and it is about the same as if you had called them. Plus, when it is in email format, you can go back and see the answer to a question anytime because it is documented in email.

Pros: To me, it is very straightforward and easy to use and navigate. If you are computer savvy, you could be up and running during the same week that you purchase this EHR. I like how the iPhone app DOES have a schedule for the day (despite what a previous review said) and it is super-easy to take pictures of insurance cards and pictures of the patient or their problems. The fact that it is cloud based is nice because I can operate it in the 35 different nursing homes where I practice. I have used 3 other EHRS before (OfficeMate, My Vision Express, and Crystal PM - for optometry) and they all had less capabilities than DrChrono. The ease of e-prescribing and e-faxing is also wonderful, and the claim filing is much easier than with the other EHRs.

Cons: There are some glitches in the software. For example, billing for a self-pay item is tedious and time consuming and if you accidentally enter the wrong amount as what the patient paid and have to change it later, the computer can't handle the change and gets everything mixed up and says the patient has a credit when the patient does not have a credit. Sometimes you just have to delete everything and start all over if you come across a billing glitch like that.

Pros: Since it is cloud-based, it can be accessed from anywhere. Many of the templates are customizable to fit your clinic's needs. Appointment reminders can be sent to patients by text or email.

Cons: Not the most user-friendly. Hard to figure out how to get to different parts of the patient's information. Many functions are not customizable. Our patients do not care for the patient portal that much, but they do like using it to communicate with the clinic staff. It's almost impossible to connect with customer service over the phone.

Pros: It is an easy to use EHR. It has many features that make note taking easy. You can custom build your own templates or use and/or modify an existing one. One of my favorites is the ability to upload a PDF of your own form and use the free drawing function. I like that this EHR is only Mac/iPad/iPhone based and that their techs know all about the Mac and it's operating systems. Using the iPhone app I was able to continue to schedule and check in on patients while I was traveling. While you have to submit a ticket for tech support, they usually get back to you within a few hours. Some of the billing areas were difficult to intuitively know how to use, yet the good news is that they give you a few hours of free training when you start.

Cons: I did not like that when I signed up I was promised a lot of things that now they want me to pay an exorbitant amount of money to be able to use. It seems like every few months they decided to raise the price of their plans and then they say "oh well, that is what it costs now." It is as if they have no concern for the loyalty and legacy of their existing customers. The price tag is very steep for people in solo/private practice.

Comments: Very happy with my decision when we launched Dr. Chrono in January 2015. It's been a great experience. Everyone on their staff has been kind, courteous, and prompt when answering any questions/concerns I have had along the way. Will continue to do business with.

Pros: Portability, ERA billing functionality, customer service, organic iPAD apps, easy to navigate, iPhone scheduling,

Cons: Have been told the price may go up in future years, clinical notes can be better, sales tax feature needs improvement, patient statement function needs improvement

Comments: I have been implementing drchrono EHR for approximately 1 year now. As a non-tech person I was overwhelmed and felt that I could not use the program to it's potential. My practice is very client oriented and I was struggling to use drchrono EHR. Approximately 6 months to 12 months ago, I was introduced to the representative who assessed my office needs and it continued to be a slow learning process. Today I scheduled a Health Check meeting with rep and I certainly can attest that much progress has occurred with drchrono EHR in my practice. Reprentative made the process clear and fun. He generously directed us in taking drchono to the next level that was specific to the needs of my practice. I can say first hand that if I can see great progress in organizing my practice through drchono anyone can. Sincerely, One very satisfied doctor

Pros: -Easy to use -Clear -Good customer service -Always growing/improving -Able to mold to your needs

Cons: -If you needed to be operating right away, there is a 3-6 month learning curve

Pros: Can create customized templates, makes documentation of specific patients easy and fast. Great customer service for when I had questions. Training was teleconference and worked well with my schedule.

Cons: I have a cash based practice, so the features for insurance billing are under-utilized. I wish the iPhone based app showed the schedule of patients for the day.

Comments: While they may have a very robust EHR the lack of phone contact is ridiculous. Everything is done through email, you cannot call them directly. If there are issues that you need to actually talk with someone about instead of just emailing you need to schedule a call with them and they will call you, again you cannot contact them, there are no phone numbers listed at all. It is very frustrating when you have an issue that you want resolved and you just want to pick up the phone and get it resolved but you cannot.

Pros: Robust system

Cons: No phone numbers available to call.

Comments: This product is truly amazing. I has so many features packed into it that you really get a lot for your money. From the calendar, billing, and template builder this software makes how we do our business so much easier.

Pros: Great interface, and Ipad app. Very easy to do scheduling, keep track of billing, and keep track of money

Cons: Template building is kind of hard but I was able to deal with it. Also don't like that they don't have a tech support number. its all ticket based.

Comments: OK Software system. Easy enough to use and A/R system is good overall. One problem is that when a bill is rejected "ERA denied", the program doesn't elaborate why something got rejected. If a patient is a "no charge", their information will still stay in the A/R queue, which is annoying.

Pros: Inexpensive, good A/R analysis

Cons: Doesn't elaborate by bills get rejected.

Comments: Dr. Chrono has been awesome and very easy to use so far. I am impressed with all of the features that it has. We have only had small issues with the pictures uploading. They take a little while and we have had some disappear. Otherwise, being on the back end of things, it all works pretty well and makes it simple to run reports and gather important data.

Pros: Advanced Reports

Cons: Photos being deleted and taking a long time to upload

Comments: I am a family physician in private practice. I have been using EHRs for almost 2 decades, and DrChrono for over 5 years now. DrChrono's developers are constantly evolving and improving their product in response to customer feedback. Their customer-support and training staff are excellent. They have a great library of short "how-to" videos for self-training. DrChrono's subscription plans are very affordable, and I have found no other EHR that offers more bang for the buck.

Pros: ¿ease of use (intuitive user interface) ¿all physician and nurse documentation can be done from iPad ¿built-in speech-recognition ¿easy to customize templates ¿large library of templates ¿continually updated "how-to" videos on their YouTube channel as new features are rolled out ¿friendly, patient trainers and tech support staff ¿extensive Mayo Clinic patient education resources ¿optional comprehensive medical billing services

Cons: ¿The name. DrChrono is just embarrassing to say, and I can't make myself write it in all lowercase. ¿100% cloud-based (which generally is WAY BETTER than self-hosting the data, but if your ISP goes down, you are essentially back in the stone-age) ¿clinical decision support features are inconspicuous and difficult to navigate ¿knowledge-base articles are sometimes out of date ¿Mayo Clinic patient education resources are not well-indexed

Comments: DrChrono is an excellent choice, especially for the smaller size medical practices. The pricing makes it very cost-effective, and the customer support is top-notch. Additionally, I have employed their billing service to handle all my insurance claims and follow-up. Typically, it takes a maximum of 2 business days for the DrChrono team to submit my insurance claims. The speed and accuracy with which claims are filed have a direct correlation to the speed and accuracy of receiving payments.

Comments: I've used a lot of EMRs over the years and I searched a long time to find a good solution for our small group private practice that was user-friendly from the provider side but also had the analytics tools needed to run the practice management. We also struggled to find a biller in-house that could manage our growing practice. We switched to the revenue cycle management services with drchrono and have been very pleased with the billing team noticing an improvement in our collections and reduction of our costs.

Pros: Intuitive, provider friendly EMR, easily customizable Good revenue cycle management software that allows me to easily analyze how our practice is doing Cloud-based, works anywhere on computer, ipad, or iphone

Cons: There are a few things that don't work as well going from a solo provider to a group practice with multiple locations and providers Little differences between computer and iPad versions are a little bit frustrating

Comments: Dr. Chrono is a good value for a large company. However, for a one person office like myself, it's not worth the money. There are many aspects of the product I simply don't use.

Pros: It has many good uses example the prescription ability to send it right from my office. The information on patient is incredible,

Cons: There is probably more things in the program that I as a small office won't use, But a large company will. The problem is that you can't separate them

Comments: I switched from a free EMR in May 2016. I make primary care house calls for Medicare insured patients. I needed an EMR that was Ipad/mobile friendly and included billing as well. I looked at many platforms. There are some nice options out there. For me though the selling point was the nearly full functionality on the iPad including an ability to fax right from the drChrono app on the iPad. There are a few things you can't do through the app and so I have to login to the main website to access these functions. I have the Apollo Plus plan and so I do not use the coding services, I code my own notes.

Pros: Ipad charting via app. Faxing within the EMR Avis the app and main site Good customer support, especially on the billing side Easy to use billing platform Cost effective compared to other EMRs I demo'd.

Cons: The note templates are fairly basic looking (when printed out) and my order forms for lab and X-rays look plain. Could be improved! Can't set tasks/reminders for a future date. No alerts when faxes don't go through.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you have a mobile practice or work off a tablet or iPad, this EMR will be a good choice. Compared to other EMRs I have used (practice fusion, eMDs, EPIC) it does a good job. Not as robust as EPIC, but much cheaper.
