The transition was very easy and came with a lot of customer support. Grace was especially helpful and very easy to contact when needed. Pros Very powerful program. I can see it being capable of a lot of things. Cons It took a little while to understand how to build recipes, but once you get it down it gets much easier. Also, when cloning a step, remember to replace all the cloned pills with the correct source. Not as many applications available, but if you need a specific request, they can create it for you. Exceptional customer service, was thrilled to receive immediate follow-up on an user-error issue alongside options for continued training and support.
