Customer service has been excellent. Our dedicated manager is fantastic he has helped us every step of the way in setting up the system and has continued to advise us regularly

Pros

We originally choose tap mango due to it being the only loyalty scheme that integrates with square POS we have been able to increase our turnover substantially specially during the difficult times experienced caused by Covid. We have also been able to use the system to track and trace.

Cons

Very hard to find fault with tapmango as it has been such a positive experience for us.

As a small business owner, I have high expectations of my software providers and the crew at Tapmango has exceeded every one of my expectations!! My account rep is top notch, He is on top of any question that I may ask and works closely with their developers to make sure everything is perfect. The development team goes above and beyond for me. I had a relatively complex integration with my existing software and a client list over 10,000 that needed to be accommodated in my transition to Tapmango. They never told me they couldn't do something!! I was amazed that they always managed to find a way. I am so happy that I decided to make the switch to Tapmango. Best of all my guests like all the added features and the ability to check-in for their services using the tablet.

Ease of use, the interface is so user-friendly that all of my staff have picked it up right away

We had been using another client loyalty app for our business when we learned of Tap Mango. Once we compared the two, Tap Mango offered many more features that we wanted at a better price. We haven't looked back since the day we rolled out the service to our clients. Now we use it for Rewards, Communication, and Pre-Paid Services (via the Vouchers). As new features are added so are our ways to use the program.

When choosing something important as a loyalty app. We'd scoured the internet and tech conferences. From day one of using TapMango we knew the possibilities. In the rare chance customer service was needed. There was an agent a couch or call away.

Pros

For me and my wife it came down to ease of use. We'd researched some of the others, even had the chance to test run others in Dallas. But we kept going back to Tap.

Cons

I'm not saying that I'm right. Or this is a justified con but I wish the interface was a bit cleaner. Form and function is great. But I'd like to see a more stylized approach.

My overall experience with TapMango has been a blast. My representative \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has been awesome when it come to responding and helping out, and even brainstorming new ideas for rewards and bringing more customers in.

Pros

When we first opened my business we started using TapMango from the start and our representative, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], has been the best help whenever we have questions or want to roll out a new feature. I love how easy it to use both for creating new rewards/vouchers and for my customers. By far the best customer service I've ever received.

Cons

The only con I have about Tap Mango is the 3rd party integration about taking payments, but our representative has been the best when it comes to working around those situations.

Reason for choosing TapMango

TapMango stood out to us because it encompasses everything we really needed and more for a rewards program.

Cons

I am not an expertises in computer program, but didn’t have any serious problem with log in and the portal is very easy to use and customer service is great !

Very good.

Pros

Very easy to use. I like the dashboard, very straight forward and easy to use. The thing I like the most and it make different with other software is customers can leave the feedback right away from the tablet. Great customer supports also, we have great experience with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], he is exceptional helpful, great to deal with.

Cons

They should come with 2 separate screens so we don't have to flip the screen back and forth when adding points.

My experience has been awesome. We were in a kind of plateau trying to come up with ideas how to improve our business during Covid times. Having our own app and not depending on 3rd party companies for orders and deliveries was a huge help. Since we were already using our own delivery drivers, their system made it so much easier for the drivers to get order and customer information. Overall, my business has improved and sales have increased since we implemented our app.

Pros

Love the app. So easy to easy to use and customers love it. Frequent and loyal customers love the fact they get rewards. Customer service has been great and very accommodating to talk with me about anything, even though I kept cancelling/ rescheduling appointments.

Cons

The only "issue" I have is that sometimes the software freezes and I have to restart it. So that can become a problem because customers want to make sure they receive their points.

Pros

Tap Mango is great, we use it daily and customers like having a loyalty program. It does help bring customers back in which is great.

Cons

Need it to sync with Shopify. Our online customers will stick with us with this option. I have been shopping around at the moment due to the price of this and lack of shopify integration.

Pros

The software is very easy to use. I love the happy hour feature where customers can purchase items on sale for a specified amount of time. Leverages social media and texting to create connections with customers which is so important in this day and age.

Cons

The monthly cost is a little high for a small business so we are trying to determine if the benefits in sales outweigh the costs.

Our salesperson, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], saves the day every time. He is unbelievably patient and explains the processed well. He is a lifesaver! Overall, we are very happy with the app considering all that we get and what we pay for it.

Pros

We have always wanted an app and they created one for us! It is fantastic and especially in these times, it is a significant help to our customers. The program is very powerful and can do so very much.

Cons

The developers have written the software to be able to do many things which is fabulous! However, it is not intuitive to the user and overwhelming and sometimes frustrating.

We chose TapMango because of excellent customer service, price and the significant options it offers. It was unlike any other!

What I truly like about Tap Mango as a small business owner is the software's automation. I have been able to save time on determining CLTV, tracking, and rewarding my clients. Most importantly, what's good software without amazing client management? I have never worked with a more dedicated, patient, knowledgeable, and accessible account manager.

Cons

What I least liked about using Tap Mango is the android tablet.

Pros

This software allows you to keep track of all of your loyalty points with whatever businesses that have Tapmango as a way for customers to earn free products from them. Its easy to use and very convenient. I love the key chain card they supply with a QR code to easily distinguish different loyalty accounts

Cons

I didnt like the look of the app itself. The way the information is displayed within the app looked a little unprofessional

Keeps loyal customers returning and helps bring back lost customers

Pros

Text based point system, easy to get feedback from customers, keychain card can be used as gift cards, easy referral system.

Cons

We have yet to come across any issues. One very minor thing we run into is inadequate lighting for the key cards to scan properly, however, this is on us as well. No real issues yet.

Tap Mango is as easy as it gets to contact your customers and keep them engaged in your store. If you can't make it with Tap Mango you just can't make it . We have not used all of the program but the parts we have used drive our sales and increases morale with our customers. We are a high profile location and it's nice to be able to reward our customers with minimal effort. Tap Mango is the best leave the rest. Tap Mango's dashboard is amazing and the reports you can generate are phenomenal. Second to none. Price can not be beat. Can't say enough about these folks. Great customer service. Always there when we call and they go out of their way to assist in any way possible. Thanks Tap Mango.

Pros

I like that customers can view their points easily, be entered into contests, sign up with ease and receive receipts on their phone.

Cons

The lag time. It doesn't work well with Square. At random times it seems to have issues that prevent customers from logging in our to review their points. The biggest issue is his it works with Square.

Customer for over 2 years, I love how you guys are always moving forward. Please keep me informed on an updates. New online ordering.

Cons

Has a few errors on re population of old campaigns Forwarding of communications on a mobile device would be great A landing page for vouchers would be awesome, promoting an offer on a social media platform directing potential customers to a landing page that can promote an offer such as our day offer to purchase, the only problem the offer to purchase has that most people don’t want to pre purchase, if the offer can direct them to an online ordering offer we get a two for one, a purchase and and the information for redirecting advertising. Enabling a pixel for redirecting would even be better.

Customers really enjoy their rewards, they can either enter in their phone number, carry a key tag, or download the app, so the choices can match their lifestyle & make it easy for them to sign up & use

Pros

How easy it is to use & the back office is easy to navigate, the team is easy to talk to to get promotions together quickly & effeciently.

Cons

I don't like that it lags a bit. Sometimes it takes awhile to load when a customer is trying to checkout.

Overall experience is good but need more continuous support to achieve bigger goals. They need to reach to their existing customer/businesses not the businesses reach to them for enhanced services.

Pros

Analytics, engagement and convenience. Analytics answer all my questions who, what, when etc. Engagement we can communicate with customer effectively and efficiently Convenient and easy to use, obviously there is a learning curve but does not require rocket science.

Cons

Integration with ecommerce platforms. Volunteer support or continuous education, once you buy the program they support you very well as long as you ask them, does not educate or suggest how to improve our interaction with the great tool, or to increase our reach to the next levels.

It enables us to stay in the minds of our customers, bringing them back into our store a lot more than they use to stop in. I am able to put out information in a matter of seconds. I don't like that I dont know how to utilize all the features available but it may just be the fact that I havent had time to sit down and read about certain features.

Pros

I like how it sends out messages to my customers from time to time without me doing anything.

Cons

I don't like that I can only use 29 characters when sending a text message. It should be unlimited or a lot more like it was with Five Stars.

Pros

Great value for the price you pay. Easy to use and very user friendly. The best part of it is the support you get with this product.

Cons

I would like to see more information about the rewards printed customer receipt. It does has a app to download and install that will give you the information but best way to communicate is to print it on receipt.

Pros

It's really great software, the uptime is fantastic and it definitely has contributed to our growth as a company, no question there. In addition, the team and developers are fantastic to deal with. Most companies if you make a suggestion, they'll most likely ignore it. NOT TapMango, they will not hesitate to tweak settings or even customize features to fit exactly what you need. In addition, they're always prompt to fix an issue.

I have seen an increase in customers, new and returning, with the ease and features of this program! I am amazed at what this offers for me and to my customers. Even more so than that is the customer service. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is outstanding! I have so much appreciation for all that she brings to the table! I have never worked with anyone so willing to go above and beyond for a customer than her! 5 stars in NOT ENOUGH for all that she had done for me! Cons

There are a few things that seem to be hard to follow but with anything, practice makes perfect! Once all the hiccups are straightened out it will be seamless!

With TapMango you shouldn't ask yourself if you CAN afford it. You should be asking yourself if you can afford NOT to have it. There are too many benefits to list.

Pros

There is LIMITLESS options for reward options, whatever you can think of this program can handle. The customer service is hands down the best ive ever come across in my years of running business. They also give you your OWN branded cards instead of making you push their company on your cards. I can go on and on about how amazing this program is but youll have to try it for yourself.
