I am new to Tap Mango and Customer support representative's on going support has been amazing. He has answered all my questions, trained me on all the functions I didn't even know existed and is continually following up and offering more support. His customer service skills are fantastic. Thank you Customer support and TapMango.

Allowing our clients to have fun in the spa and share their personal experience as well as gain points. Also, send out newsletters and notifications to those around our area!

Pros

Putting my own words into my Spa. Allowing my customers the ease of Points and the tags to take with them are also very helpful! I just send out my first Newsletter and did it all on my own and had a customer service rep read it and help me get all the kinks out!

Pros

The set up and delivery of the system and reward cards was very simple.

Cons

It is probably better suited to a larger company. We did not get any benefit from it so cancelled the subscription after about 5 months.

You really can't go wrong, this seems to be one of the better options out there, and it's going to keep your customers coming back time and time again.

Pros

Compared to Fivestars this software is similar, but does seem to offer a bit more for a bit less per month.

Cons

In general services like this in my opinion seem to be overpriced for what they are, however it is what it is, and this service seems to get you the best bang for your buck.

The product itself has a lot to offer and with the right rep that fully goes over it with you and helps you understand it you can really see the program shine.

Cons

I currently cant get the app on IOS but it does have a lot do to with the industry I am in and its a tough hurtle to clear,but this is nothing new to me being the nature of my business and apples view on it (Vape products)

Pros

The instant win is probably the coolest thing for customers to use and keep coming back. We set it up so that every customer is a winner, even if a small prize.

Cons

I don't have any cons. Any issues I've had in getting my specific program set up were responded to quickly and effectively.

Pros

The provided tablet and key tags are really cool and helpful and the customer service has been excellent

Cons

The screen sensitivity isn't the greatest and sometimes the program headers are a little confusing, also I often forget to update all the vouchers and offers etc.

Pros

Very easy to use! Contacts my customer's and draws them in ! Also the representative was eager to help send out texting to my customer's for a 2 day special. Always came up with a great slogan! Customers I haven't seen in months would respond once they received the text and emails! I would highly recommend tap mango!

I've been using the system for over 6 month. I still feel like there is so much more it can do plus they add features all the time. The customer service is amazing. I actually forgot to send out a message; I dictated an email to my CSR. He called me back and firm up the offer over the phone and the messages went out to our customers by the time my commute was over. They have also made suggestion that have worked with from other industries and we tailored a new campaign for my business. I think what actually set this company apart from the other ones is the help I get from the staff. 5 star is an understatement for customer support.

The customer service is great and on top of things. The team is knowledgeable and they helped us to setup a rewards program that our customers love. My employees adopted Tapmango very easily and it became the centerpiece for us to provide our customers with add on value to their shopping experience. Recently we have been working with one of the best in this industry Cameron Kennedy. He helped us to transform our customer retention to new levels that I am very happy about.
