Pros: -Easy to use -Great support whenever I have a question -Relatively inexpensive -FULLY BRANDED -> Makes my product a lot more lucrative -Friend referral is amazing!! -I can see an overview of my shop if I don't go in -Integrates with my POS and social media -Helps me with better marketing, I send only relevant messages -So many more useful features Cons: -Can't think of any

My shop brought in TapMango a couple weeks ago and we are very impressed. Customers love the program, I love that it brings in more business, and the TapMango staff are great. They are helpful and responsive, and have really gone above and beyond in making sure we are comfortable with the program and website.

Live Chat! It is so convenient. I am not on hold waiting for someone to get to me. I got a quick response from the support staff. Even with my emails, The support staff is quick to respond.

The software has a pretty simple interface as well as seamless integration with Square. I have found it extremely user-friendly and whenever I've had a question it was answered immediately.
